Overview
Villa Anastasia is a beautiful Cyprus holiday villa offering the highest standards both inside and out. The bungalow style villa is set over one level features an open plan area consisting of a living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area with high wooden ceiling has a fireplace is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite television and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is located in the en-suite bathroom). The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six. The villa is built on one level making it ideal for the elderly and for families with young children.
Bedrooms
The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace.
The 2 remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, 1 with its own en-suite shower room, the other with access to the full family bathroom.
Outside
The attractive stone built exterior and design includes for a wonderful covered terrace looking over the 8 x 4m private pool with Roman steps and large garden. There is an external shower adjacent to the pool. There is a large stone built BBQ, pergola and covered terrace with table and chairs to seat six comfortably. The villa is accessed by its own driveway through a gate and has its own private parking area.

One of the best villas we have stayed in what it said on the tin is what we got Andreas and is wife could not have been more helpful they where on hand but not intrusive the pool area was great the kids where never out of the pool we book our holidays a year in advance but I am under pressure to go back next year so will need to find a way Andreas ,Tina thank for a great time.

My family and I stayed at Seapoint Villas for 2 weeks! What a treat! The houses are spacious, clean and modern. The pool kept us cool during the heat and so did the aircon throughout the villa. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the owner Andreas and his wife Tina. Nothing was too much for them. They tended to all our needs and made sure that our holiday in Cyprus was one to remember. booked villa direct and had extremely good communciation with the owner (Andreas) before our arrival, who provided good instructions to find them.Met on arrival by Andreas, who is extremely friendly and helpful, as is his wife too. Lovely to arrive to find milk, cheese, cereal, butter, eggs, bacon, tea, coffee, biscuits etc, just what is needed after flying.These villas are a group of 6 at the end of a track, away from it all, but close enough to ameneties when you need them and easy to find. Short walk to a rocky beach.Stayed in Anastasia, very clean, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, very spacious with enough room for grumpy teenagers to have their own space when needed. Great pool kept 14 and 12 year old amused, especially the pool rings etc that had been left, good seating and shade outside. Lovely sofa area inside and well equipped kitchen, lots of plates, cups etc.Coral Bay few minutes drive away, with lots of lovely restaurants, our favs, Coral King, Tex Mex, Italian, also Paphos not far with lots more lovely restaurants on offer. Take a trip out to the Akamas area, Lara beach was a hit with the children, take an umbrella as no shade. This is our 6th visit to Cyprus we love it and will certainly return again very soon.
We stayed in Vliia Anastasia for 2 weeks Aug / Sept 2010. The villa itself was just what we were looking for in a relaxing holiday it was well equiped and very clean. The terraced area gave welcome shade from the sun whilst the open area was perfect for the sun lovers (me!) Our 6 year old daughter loved the swimming pool. It was in a lovely quite location but within easy reach of the local amenties and the free bus stops. It was also just a short stroll to watch the beautiful sun set. A visit to Seriani restaurant in Coral Bay is a must - you will not want to eat anywhere else! Emma, Greg, Brooke and Grandma !
