Overview
Villa Xrisanthi is beautiful Cyprus holiday villa offering the highest standards both inside and out. It is situated within a quite part of the prime location of Coral Bay and just 200m from the sea.
The interior of the villa is stunningly designed with modern furniture throughout. The lounge has large sliding doors opening out to the villas terrace and private 4x 8m pool. It features a large corner sofa, TV, DVD player and Satellite TV. The Villas dining area is furnished with a large wooden dining table and six elegant chairs. It has two sets of patio doors one opening out to the villas private pool and the other to the outside dining area.
The kitchen is modern with cherry wood units offset with grey granite work surfaces, mosaic tiles, and modern appliances. Outside is a large garden and lawn area and a 4x8m Pool. There is a stone built BBQ area and an external shower. Coralia beach is 900m from the Villa and Coral Bay beach 2km (5 to 10 min walk ).
Beaches
The Villa is only 200m from the coast line. It is possible to walk to the coast without crossing any roads. The coast close to the villa is ideal for private swimming, fishing , snorkeling and skuba diving ( this location is used by local skuba diving schools).
The public blue flag beaches of Coralia and Coral Bay are within walking distance from the villa. coralia beach is only 900 m and Coral Bay beach is 2.5km from the Villa.
Shops and Golf
The Villa is just 200m from the closest restaurant and mini market. The main coral Bay bars and shops and supermarkets are only 4 to 5 km drive from the villa.
Tsada Golf course is only a 10 km drive and the famous Aphrodite Hills golf course is 35km drive from the Villa.

Cozy, comfortable, well-appointed. Our family spent a wonderful 10 days at Sea Point Villa Chrisanthi. Owner/manager was helpful and attentive. Safe, convenient location in Coral Bay, within walking distance of beach and amenities, although I would strongly recommend a rental car if you want to get to see the wider area. Only recommendation for improvement would be to improve relaibility of internet access.
All in all I would definitley recommend this property to others.

Just returned from a weeks stay from 11th to 18th July 12 at sea point villas. My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. The villa itself was excellent and the views from the villa at night are amazing. Its very private yet you are only 5 mins away, by car, from the Coral Bay strip and 15-25mins to Pafos harbor. Andreas is very accommodating and is always there to help. A great host. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.
The villa was absolutely fantastic and completely fulfilled all our expectations of a luxury family villa. The advert didn't actually do it justice.The villa was exceptionally comfortable and was completely clean inside and out and fully stocked with everything you could need for a family break (for cooking etc). The furniture throughout the villa was modern and comfortable.Air conditioning in each room worked perfectly and could also be used to heat the villa in cooler months of the year.We felt that the location of the villa was perfect with beautiful views of the sea and quiet coves within a couple of minutes walk and 2 of the best beaches in the area are within walking distance.We also found that it is within walking distance of the better restaurants in Coral Bay and a car journey from the main strip of restaurants in the very centre of the village. We would however recommend a car for the better supermarket and the sights that are well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend these villas to all my friends and family as an ideal holiday villa. Andreas (the owner) was extemely helpful throughout our holiday and really couldn't do enough for us to ensure that we had an absolutley super holiday.
