Coast/Beach
The villa is located within a 5 minute walk of the main Coral Bay beach which is said to be the best beach in the Paphos area, it is a sandy beach and safe for swimming where you will also find beach bars/restaurants and a range of water sports available including water skiing, windsurfing and pedalos.
Golf
3 golf courses are situated in the area all within a 20 - 40 minute drive of the villa. The main 2 golf courses are at Secret Valley Golf Club which is 18km east of Paphos, and Tsada Golf Club which is 20 minutes drive north of Paphos. Both are 18 hole courses.
Skiing
Skiing in Cyprus can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympus, from the beginning of January to the end of March. Mount Olympus is 3km from Troodos Hill Resort. Troodos is approx 71 miles from Paphos.
Special Interest Holidays
Paphos is full of history. Visit the Tomb of The Kings or the famous Mosaics. The Medieval Fort in Paphos Harbour are where boat trips are available to Coral Bay, Peyia area and back.
How to get there
From Paphos Airport it is a 30 minute journey to Villa marina sunset and from Larnaca Airport it is approx 1 hour. Car hire is not essential as there is a regular local bus route which runs from Coral Bay village just 5 minutes walk from the villa which will take you to Paphos old town/market, harbour area and all of the main attractions.
Distances
The village of Peyia (Pegia) is 5 mins drive away. Go carting, horse riding and Tomb of the Kings are all within 10 minutes drive with Paphos and the harbour area just 15 minutes drive away.
Further Details
There are various local banks, hairdressers, beauty salons, supermarkets and shops, go-carting, horse riding, tennis and a fantastic water park all a short distance away from Paphos.

we had a lovely 10 night stay at the marina sunset and will be using again. great villa, nice clean pool, lovely area just a few minutes walk from "strip" throw in a bit of cyprus sunshine and "voila" a fun and memorable holiday !! thanks dave ..tip top communcation..you were a great help to us. rob and joanna.

Had a great stay at marina sunset villa, it is great value , very spacious, lovely pool and Dave organised our transport to and from the airport, so many Tv channels too, Coral bay is lovely and there is a huge supermarket just off the main strip. They deliver your shopping and bring you home too , great service. Coral bay beach is a 10 minute walk , buses to paphos every 10 mins , paphos zoo was a great day out as was Aphrodite water park . Would highly recommend staying at this Villa.

The property was very well equipped, with a good sized pool for the size of the property. It is in a good location, 5 minutes to the main high street with bars and restaurants and 15 minutes to a beach with a sandy beach and sun beds. A bus runs approximately Every ten minutes to Paphos.
We arrived late at night and had difficulty identifying the Villa, some of the Villas had names on the outside, it would be good to have Marina Sunset by the gate, as there are no street lights.
The Villa is located in a cul-de-sac, some of the villas are vacant. This makes it a very quiet area to relax at the Villa during the day by the pool. However, there is no safety deposit boxes.

The property was very comfortable and close to all facilities, so no need for hire car.
Welcome pack was very adequate.
Villa had everything that was needed. Easy access to David (the owner) who was extremely approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Would heartily recommend this property.

Outside Outside there is a large private pool (8 x 4) and paved sunbathing area with sun loungers, table/chairs and BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining all set within landscaped gardens. There is a large terrace on the upper floor with coffee table and chairs with good views perfect for a sunset cocktail. A further covered terrace is located on the ground floor next to the pool area. There is also a private car parking space within the villa grounds.
