Overview
Situated in a pleasant countryside location the villa Mariandy 2v provides the best of all worlds‚ with scenic surroundings‚ comfortable accommodation and easy access to a lovely beach‚ plenty of shops and places to eat.
A paved terrace surrounds the private swimming pool‚ with steps leading up from there to a covered veranda. The large open–plan lounge/diner has patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace and there's kitchens adjacent to the dining area.There are a few steps up to a double bedroom with patio doors opening onto a scenic terrace, and there's also a bathroom at this level. More stairs lead up to the other bedrooms‚ two of which have en–suite bathrooms and the third an en–suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms also have balconies looking out across the swimming pool to the sea.
Sharing a driveway with neighbouring Villa Mariandy 1, the villa is about 10 minutes walk from the Blue Flag sands at Coral Bay, with the resort's shops, bars and restaurants just a little further away. Paved in pale sandstone to complement the villa itself, the poolside terrace is overlooked by another shaded terrace to one side of the house.

The villa is alarmed, but no responsibility will be accepted for any loss/ damage to guests' property whilst they are staying at the villa.

We arrived at the private gate with ease to check into the villa. The owner Had left us wine, water tea, coffee milk etc. We enjoyed the space we had at the villa and the air conditioned bedrooms with ensuites. The supermarket was close by as was the beach, bars and main strip.
A few things could hVe been better. The furniture is very worn and old. The iroiining board isn't fit for purpose. The house was alive with ants in every room and bathroom. We bought many traps but didn't seem to do much good. There was no air con in the downstairs of the property. The blinds were dirty and look like they need Replacing.
We would have been nice to have provided with staple ingredients the the cupboards such as salt, pepper etc.
Overall we had a good holiday.

Excellent villa!!! Thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Pool was a great size, all rooms clean with good ensuites.
Owners were outstanding. As we had a late flight and they had guests arriving they couldnt offer a late check out, however they arranged us half day accommodation in a local apartment and even drove us and our cases there.
Excellent, highly recommended!!
