What can we say about our five bedroom villa iliana!!!!! Set in a prime location in coral bay , Ideal for non drivers as all amenities like large PHILIPPOS SUPERMARKET is only 150 meters away, coral bay strip only 200 meters away, coral bay sandy beach 500 meters away, amusing park ITHAKI only 150 meters away,everything so close but still so quiet!!! all five bedrooms enjoy ensuite facilities, satelite tv is available to choose a channel of your favour or to choose a film to watch from the video club available in our package!!! Free wifi is available , The pool area is another attraction!! surrounded by sunny patio with sunbeds & umbrellas where you can swim and sunbathe under the hot cypriotte sun!!!!! The villa has its own large grassed area with swings very safe for kids to play! See below our recent guest review made in August 2025.
-We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Iliana in Coral Bay. The villa has been newly renovated and the facilities were brilliant. George is an excellent host, he is really friendly and he was there every day checking everything was ok for us. We had a couple of minor issues with the air conditioning as these were brand new units, but the issues were resolved within a couple of hours which was fantastic! Nothing was any bother for George, and he also arranged our transfers to and from the airport. The bed linen and towels were changed mid stay which was a bonus as we didn’t expect this. The villa is in a fantastic location, just two minutes walk to the supermarket and a few minutes to the main Coral Bay strip with many restaurants to choose from. Thank you again George for everything, we loved every minute of our stay!!

PERFECT STAY FOR LARGE FAMILES Oct 2021 The villa was huge. More than enough rooms & space for large families. Everything you need less than 10 mins away. Pool cleaned every day by the host George who was at hand to help with any enquiries. Great time! Jun 2018 We stayed here for my sister's wedding, we were warmly welcomed by George and kept in touch after we settled in. The strip is so close and the local shop is huge with everything you will need! BBQ on site was big enough for me and my brother to cook for the whole family when they came over 20+ local caught fish on the grill was amazing! Would absolutely recommend staying there! May 2020 Very organized and huge apartment equipped with everything you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. George is a great host and there when you need him, We had a small talk and he shared all he knows about the area – including his favorite church. We had a great stay, and the communication was great. The neighborhood is very conveniently located next to a Supermarket and the villa is very quiet! The reason we decided to built our villas in the specific area in Coral Bay mainly is because of its location, very quiet but also so close to coral bay sandy beach and coral bay strip, car is not essential at all.
