Overview
This stunning new 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes walk from the resort centre and sandy beaches of Protaras. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
This stunning villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and patio doors leading out to the pool area. The furniture and decor throughout is very contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom with sofa bed and separate w/c are also located on this floor.
Upstairs on the first floor you can find 3 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin room. The second room has a double bed and a balcony with sea views, there is also an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is at the back of the house with a balcony overlooking the pool area and countryside. There is also a family bathroom located on this floor with bathtub, w/c and overhead shower.
Up on the third floor you can find a stunning roof terrace which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the morning sun.
Outside, the garden area features a large swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. The garden wraps around the house and is covered with AstroTurf for extra comfort. An outside covered seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ, this area also has wind down blinds to make the most of even the cooler nights out of summer. There is an outside kitchen and TV for that extra convenience.
A satellite TV, and WIFI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.
Truly a 5 star property, this villa is an excellent choice for a luxurious holiday.

This Villa was everything that we could have asked for. Great layout inside and out. Plenty of space for all of the family. Kitchen facilities were fantastic, didn’t ask for anything. Air conditioning throughout was so good and much needed! Beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Bedrooms are all of an great size. Very clean throughout. Excellent bathroom facilities and even a toilet on ground floor. Pool area was great. Pool was a great size and depth, with plenty of sun beds.lovely fruit trees in garden. Fake grass was excellent as didn’t then have bugs. Outside shower and bbq, all excellent. Patio area had blinds which we rolled up but can imagine would be great when slightly cooler. Even a patio heater not that we needed it. One of the blinds we couldn’t roll up as it if a doves nest on it. We took great joy watching chicks hatch over our time here. Very clean outside and had a table to sit at along with comfy chairs to relax in. Even an outside tv. Location was great for local area, only a short walk to 2 supermarkets and to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground.
