This beautiful and brand new 2 storey villa is located just 2 minutes drive from Protaras center.
As you enter the villa, you will find the large and modern, open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area surrounded by patio doors that lead to the pool and garden. The living room features comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.
On the same floor, you will find three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed and widescreen TV, bedroom 2 has a two single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed and widescreen TV. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and WC.
On the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth bedroom which has two single beds. As you come out of the bedroom, there is a large open space which has another two single beds, so the villa can accommodate 10 people. There is an extra bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC.
Outside, in the large spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area, outside shower, sun loungers and large private pool overlooking the sea views.

This villa is superb .The lounge area is comfortable with modern & tasteful furnishings .The kitchen well equipt plus a fab timing table and 8 comfortable chairs .Beds lovely and comfortable with plenty of pillows .Downstairs has a snooker table and table football which the kids and big kids loved . The pool and pool area is east facing so has morning sun in the winter( we stayed for a week in late October) for an early swim .The villa is across the road from a dive centre and a cul de sac road that leads directly to the beach .It is only 5 mins walk to several lovely cove beaches including Green Beach where there are statues and pillars to snorkel around ....and we saw turtles swimming there .It is 15 minutes walk to "The Strip" where there are lots of restaurants, pubs , clubs and shopping . There are 2 villas mine slept 10 and was villa A .I cant recommend this highly enough and would definitely stay there again .
9 of us had a fantastic 10 night stay. Zoe’s place is modern & stylish which had plenty of room to accommodate for us all. On arrival we got our welcome pack which included bread, milk & wine. The villa is around a 15 minute walk to the centre of Protaras and fig tree bay. Full satellite tv in the lounge was a bonus for the football on Saturday as was the BBQ which we got plenty of use out of! The main lounge/kitchen area and pool is all on one level which was ideal for us with 2 young children. Would definitely return! Thanks again to Zoe who also arranged our transfers to and from the airport.
Nice and clean place! Very modern. Easy check in. A little too quiet area for our purposes of the trip but taxi is pretty cheap there, so wasn’t a big problem

One word to describe the villa: GREAT. The villa is new, and all the furniture and amenities are new too. We were delighted to find a fully equipped kitchen. We could cook, prepare breakfast or dinner and the only thing we needed to decide was where to eat: inside or outside; because there are tables with chairs in both places. Also there is a dish washing machine which helped us a lot. The beds are really comfortable and there is a blanket for every guest. Also there is air conditioning in every bedroom. Each guest had towels and we also found shower gel and shampoo. As a bonus, there is a pool table, where we enjoyed a few games. 🙂 One of the best things was to drink a coffee in the pool, in the morning, and a cocktail in the pool at night. The pool was the icing on the cake. The villa is located at a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas. Also it was a nice place for snorkeling. Bus stations towards Ayia Napa and a Best Buy store are located at a 5 minutes walk. Zoe was very welcoming, she helped us with the accommodation even though our flight hours where at unreasonable times. At arrival she expected us with water, milk, bread, butter, jam and coffee. Our vacation was great. THANK YOU ZOE!
