This fabulous 5 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic and central location. The villa is located just minutes walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras. The villa is furnished to a high standard both inside and outside and the spacious garden and pool area overlooking the beautiful sea views provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
As you enter the villa, you will find the stylish and contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofa and a widescreen and satellite TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and features an island with seating for an extra three persons. This open-plan area is surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area and overlooks the stunning views. You will also find two of the bedrooms on this floor, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features an en-suite bathroom with shower and W/C, a double bed and doors leading to the large, shared balcony. Bedroom 4 has an en suite bathroom with shower and W/C, a bunk-bed as well as balcony access, and bedroom 5 features an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, a bunk bed, two single beds and balcony access. All three bedrooms offer sea views.
Outside, the large garden features an infinity pool and is the ideal place to spend lazy days sunbathing. An outside seating area by the pool that overlooks the views is perfect of evening dining and entertainment.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
