This brand new fabulous 5 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras. The villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom and shower room with w/c is also located on this floor.
Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 bedrooms with natural lighting and a shower room with w/c. Upstairs, the villas has a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. There is also a large outside balcony on this floor which is ideal for enjoying the late afternoon sun.
Outside, the garden area features a large overflow swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.
A satellite TV (full English channels) and WIFI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
