This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located just 5 minutes walk from Protaras centre.
Overview
This is an excellent villa option for families and group of friends who want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, whilst staying in a quiet and relaxing location.
Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living and kitchen area with seating for 6 persons. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. Patio doors lead out to the pool and garden area. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the villa has 2 double bedrooms 1 twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower.
Outside, the villa has a large private pool and spacious garden area with sun loungers and patio furniture, ideal for outdoor dining during the summer.
Satellite TV and free WIFI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.
The resort centres of Protaras and Pernera are both within a few minutes walk of the villa, with a great selection of restaurants and bars within easy reach. Transport isn't required to get into the resort, although there is a bus stop nearby which has buses that go into the neighbouring resort of Ayia Napa and the town of Paralimni.
Overall this is a great villa in a lovely location.

Arrived at night and had no electrics, tried 24 hour emergency number many times but no reply, had to wait until next day. Sat out on the rear patio listening to the traffic all night.
The photos shown of villa must have been taken when villa was new, some areas looking a little tired now.
Biggest issue for us was the noise. the villa description states quite and relaxing area, this it was not!! Situated right next to the main road into town the traffic noise was constant and unrelenting.
We did ask on day one to be relocated but unfortunately this was not possible according to agent.
We were left to make the most of our stay but was not disappointed to leave.

This was our second visit to the villa and was as the first time, excellent. One tiny critism was that the housekeepers didn't visit as we were told they would. This wasn't a problem as we could wash the bedlinen and towels.
The surrounding area has lots for fanilies to do and the local people are friendly. We will be back again.
