Overview
This stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built (July 2019) and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.
As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable modern sofa, widescreen TV with satellite channels (including full UK satellite) and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the garden and pool area outside.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning views. The master double bedroom has a balcony offering stunning sea views plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.
Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, outside seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.
This villa also has the added luxury of a roof terrace for you to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the stunning views.
The ideal 5 star villa, in a peaceful location, yet close to the beach, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil break.

Absolutely superb villa with everything you could ask for! Beautiful inside and out, lots of indoor and outdoor cups/glasses etc - we did not want to leave. The only disappointment was that the fantastic roof terrace couldn’t be used as there wasn’t any furniture up there but other than that - faultless!! We will definitely be booking again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Villa is a Dream! Just Amazing
A great house within walking distance of the town and beaches. Amazing outdoor space and well furnished with everything you could need.
The villa is well located about a 5 minute walk from all the shops / restaurants / bars in Protaras. The villa itself is modern and clean, with good outdoor space, a good BBQ, good-sized pool and table tennis table. I would highly recommend if you’re looking in the Protaras area.
Lots of space inside and out, quality interior fittings throughout, everything you could possibly need from a holiday villa. Friendly staff helped with late check out, all in all a great holiday!
