The fabulous well appointed villa furnished and decorated to high standard and provides all the necessary ambiance and facilities for enjoyable holidays near the sea.
It provides an impressive infinity private pool with ladder.The pool depth is 1.30m.The large pool terrace overlooks the blue Med sea just few meters away. The villa provides free internet access (wifi).
Bedrooms: There are 4 bedroom, all en-suite (2 doubles and 2 twins). One double bedroom is found in the ground floor where is also a guests toilet and the other three bedrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms benefit from verandas overlooking the sea and the area and are fully air con. There are also air con units in the lounge and kitchen.
Larnaka airport 45min drive,Paphos airport 1.45min, nearest supermarket, taverns and other facilities, in a few min walk.
Protaras is amongst Cyprus' most popular holiday destinations,catering for thousands of tourists every year. The resort is reasonably compact and ideally located on the eastern coastline of Cyprus, with a backdrop of around 6 km of golden sands and turquoise waters. While most accommodations, bars and restaurants are located in Protaras, you're more than likely to be within walking distance of the sea and a beach wherever you stay.

On arrival we had a few issues - wrong key code being provided, cooker not working properly, TV system not working properly. Not an ideal start but the local agents were helpful and things were sorted quickly.
The property was generally well presented and very clean, with a small welcome pack a nice addition.
The outside area is overlooked by a block of apartments next door. They seemed to be mostly empty (we were a bit out of season) but unfortunately there were works going on in one apartment that were noisy during the day, however this is not a fault of the villa. Apart from that, it is in a peaceful location a short walk to the sea.
The kitchen was probably the weakest part of the villa, with cupboards looking pretty tired, several light bulbs not working, and a lack of cooking equipment - pans, utensils, and other basics. We stayed as a couple and struggled sometimes, it would be a real challenge cooking for a larger group.
The bedrooms, though relatively small, all had wardrobes and en-suite and the beds were comfortable. WiFi coverage was good with a fast connection.
