Everything was good! Was some small moments about lamps and so on but Simon bring everything on the next day! Excellent bbq. Everything is working on the kitchen. Big frige-for big family it was great! And the Ayia Tekla Beach is absolutely amazing. Not much people no boats and noise. Perfect for calm family rest. Will recommend this place. Christopher is also was always ready to help any time. I recommend this place.

Would definitely recommend the property
Good location to local shop which was a five minute walk and beach.
Our only suggestions we would make are that it would be that there should be a supply of toiletries and cleaning products so that the renters can keep the villa cleaner on arrival to departure.
Also we noticed that the pressure in the bathroom was a little low a could do with being looked at.
Apart from that our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely book again.

Overall we were happy with the villa but there were a number of things wrong when we arrived (too many to remember them all really) including; no blind at the patio door onto the balcony from the double bedroom, no working air conditioning remotes, a faulty air conditioning unit in the main bedroom, lack of kitchen utilities, one wine class between 4 of us, a broken safe, blocked sink, no water pressure/hot water. That said, Simon (the maintenance guy) put everything right as promptly as he could and was most apologetic - it seems the previous guests may not have left the villa as they should. We were offered alternative accommodation but declined as we liked the location and size of the property. We did have various maintenance people in throughout our stay and we treat to a meal out by way of apology as we’d declined the move.
The villa is overdue some decorating which they’re aware of but even with all the above said it’s a great little villa in a great location and we’d definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved it, Excellent villa with everything we needed. The villa was immaculate throughout with all modern furniture kept to an excellent standard. The kids loved the pool, always kept clean. Very quiet area only a 5/10 minute taxi to Ayia Napa centre and 10min walk from the main water park. The Bus stop is only a few minutes walk away & 5min walk to the beach with very good facilities such as a beach restaurant / bar.
Local shop that's sells everything you will need until 10pm is 5in walk with a nice restaurant to the side of it. Overall I couldn't recommend this villa enough for a family, thank you for such a brilliant stay. The Bergin family

The villa is in a great location, close to the beach, shop and a restaurant. Bus stop close by for quick acces to water park and ayia napa! The cleanliness of the villa was not perfect! We needled to clean storage areas within the bedrooms as this was missed! The blinds were very stained and dirty looking, which was a real shame as this small change would really brighten up the overall appearance. We had no working TV the whole of our stay! Initially there was no TV box, we emailed and one was brought to us, but it would cut out/buffer during films do we gave up! As this is advertised as being part of the facilities at the villa I would recommend getting this fixed. But overall we did enjoy our stay.
