A lovely, modern 3 bedroom front line villa with a very spacious garden and private pool, situated in the beautiful area of Ayia Thekla.

This villa is located in a popular front line development just 2 minutes walk from the seafront and 7 minutes walk from the nearest beach.
It is very tastefully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday. As you walk into the villa there is a spacious, open plan living area, kitchen and dining room.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms ( two double and one twin bedroom) all with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is also a balcony upstairs leading out from the master bedroom with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views
Outside you will find a large private pool surrounded by palm trees, sun loungers, barbecue and an outside seating area for you to relax by the pool with a cocktail.
Overall this modern and spacious villa in an ideal, peaceful location is perfect for your relaxing holiday.
Located just 5 minutes drive from central Ayia Napa, Ayia Thekla is a mainly residential area, with a sandy beach and a small island just off shore. There is a small church close to the beach which is worth a visit and the very popular Ayia Napa Waterpark that is just 2 minutes drive away.
There is a cycling path that runs from Ayia Thekla all the way to Ayia Napa Harbour, so with bike hire readily available in Ayia Napa, this can provide a cheap and safe means of transport and plenty of scope to visit many of other sandy beaches that lie between Ayia Thekla and Ayia Napa.
In the other direction is the picturesque fishing village of Potamus, with some lovely fish restaurants that are well worth a visit. Nissi Beach, probably the most well known beach of the region with its crystal clear blue water and white sand is only a 5 minute drive away. There are many bus stops that will take you to all the main attractions and beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras.

This villa is amazing. We stayed here for a week and a half holiday, for a family wedding, and we couldn't have asked for more. The location is perfect, you have an unspoilt view of the sea and the villa itself is very spacious. There are two bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet and all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool is a good size, we brought plenty of inflatables and it provides perfect relief from the afternoon sun! At night you can sit out on the balcony and view the stars, of which there are thousands. We had an app which shows you what they each are and this was just priceless. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need. The welcome package was great including all you need to keep you going until you can do some shopping. You need transport in order to get shopping etc, we hired a quad instead of a car and it was perfect as we could off road it along the beach. There's a supermarket less than 5 mins drive down the road which stocks all you could need, but if you fancy going further afield, there is a Lidl (amongst other big supermarkets).
The team responsible for the villa are fantastic, they were really happy to help us out with any queries and would always answer the phone day or night. It makes you feel at ease, especially if you aren't familiar with the language, that you are welcome and not alone should you need assistance.
Altogether, we can't fault them in any way. There isn't anything we would change, we were even granted late check out until evening on leaving day, at no extra cost as we had a night time flight. We would definitely come here again and we plan to look at Imagine Villas in future when booking elsewhere.
