This modern and spacious 3 bedroom villa is located just 20 metres from the sea (small sandy beach just in front of the villa) and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. it is an excellent villa choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.
As you enter the villa there is a large open-plan living area with cozy seating and area and widescreen TV and amazing / unobstructed sea views The dining area seats 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds, all with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a balcony door with amazing sea views. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower.
There is also a balcony upstairs leading out from the master bedroom with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views.
Outside you will find a large garden area and private pool. There are sun loungers and outside furniture for relaxing in the sun.
Overall this lovely villa is a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground.
