This super 3 bedroom villa with private pool right is located right the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk to the beach.
As soon as you walk into the villa, you will find the open plan living room with leather sofas, widescreen television, DVD player, satellite channels and WIFI connection. There is also a dining area with dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. In the separate kitchen, you will find all modern day appliances including a dishwasher and everything you would expect to find in a luxury self-catering villa.There is also a ground floor WC.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed, fitted wardrobes and doors leading out onto the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a television and also leads out onto the balcony. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and doors leading out onto the balcony overlooking the pool.
There is also seating area on the balconies for you to relax and enjoy a drink. There is also a main bathroom with bath, shower and WC upstairs.
Outside you will find the very spacious garden which is equipped with a barbecue, seating area, sun loungers and private pool. The pool has roman steps making it ideal and easy for children and the elderly.There is also a covered veranda with a seating area.
This villa is in the ideal location , close to the nightlife centre of Ayia Napa but still far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise. It is just a few minutes walk to the popular beaches and to all amenities. The villa is ideal for all age groups who are looking for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.
