It has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, main bathroom and balcony with seating areas. Free WIFI and satellite TV are available. Outside you will be able to make full use of the communal pool.
There is also the option of breakfast or a meal (not included in the price – arranged on site) where you are able to dine at the well-established Napa Star.
Overall this apartment is an excellent choice for those wanting to be close to the resort centre, beaches and nightlife. A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance.A superb central location ideal for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
