The Ayia Napa square is less than 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is the perfect choice if you want to be close to all the amenities of the resort, without the need for transport.
The apartment is modern, spacious and fully furnished with everything required for a comfortable stay. It features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed and there is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Free WIFI and satellite TV are available and the apartment has air-conditioning throughout. Outside you will be able to make full use of the communal pool.There is also the option of breakfast or meal (not included on price – arranged on site) where you are able to dine at the well-established Napa Star.
Overall, a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a superb central location ideal for a fun-filled holiday.
The resort centre of Ayia Napa is a great base for enjoying all the resort has to offer. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops are just seconds away and the famous Ayia Napa fishing harbour and beach is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Our host, Zoe, was a pleasure to deal with. She was always just a phone call away and was always willing to help. The location of the apartment simply could not have been more perfect! Everything anyone could want to do in Ayia Napa was a mere few minute walk away. The only mode of transportation we used throughout our whole stay was too and from the airport. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, well-organised, spacious, and had all the necessary things to make our stay extremely enjoyable. I can safely say that it was not what we expected... it was MUCH BETTER.
It was a great time staying at Zoe's place. She assisted us with how to get to the place, left an unexpected welcome pack and was helpful along the way. The place itself is perfectly positioned - really close to the beach and all the best places in the town. Highly recommended.

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients so any feedback or ideas from you is always welcome and taken very seriously.
