The villa was amazing, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 children. The area where the villa is located is a hidden gem. The restaurants in the area are second to none. I would definitely recommend going down to latchi water sports and hiring a boat for the day to visit the blue lagoon and others. ( hire a donut ). We also hired a 4 seater off road buggy to go up around the mountains and off road tracks. I would have no reservations using letsrentonline.com again if we come back to Cyprus. From booking the holiday to actually being there the customer service we experienced was amazing and when at the villa the local representative ( Maria ) was brilliant with any issues. Thank you from the murphy family and the Stacey family for our wonderful holiday. .''

Excellent location. Quiet but only a 10 min drive to the town of Polis that has plenty of bars and restaurants as well as a choice of supermarkets. There’s a local shop, bars, and beaches within walking distance. Only an hour’s drive from Paphos airport. Our favourite beach was Argaka, just a 5 min drive away (walkable if it’s not too hot!). Not too busy, plenty of sunbeds. We also loved Santa Barbara Resto and Beach Bar at Argaka beach. We had a day trip to Paphos Aphrodite Water Park and that was great fun. Busy but well organised and queues moved quickly. The Aphrodite Baths are underwhelming but we combined it with a hike around the Aphrodite trail and that is tough on a hot day but worth it for stunning views. We used Latchi Watersports to rent a Pedalo, with discount through LetsRentOnline, and they were very friendly and helpful. Communication from yourself was speedy, courteous and professional. There was a welcome pack of essentials and some luxury goods for us on arrival. Maria communicated clearly with us and popped in to check all was ok on our first full day at the villa. All was excellent!.''

It is tucked away, offering seclusion and privacy yet is only a 10 minute walk to a shop, bakery, several restaurants and the beach. There is also a much larger supermarket in Polis, a short drive away. The villa itself has the most amazing views of both mountains and sea and contains everything you require for your stay. There was a welcome pack of all the essentials which was very much appreciated after a day of traveling. Maria and Marios were at the end of phone in case of any concerns and always promptly addressed any issues. Using the discount voucher from ‘Lets rent online’ we hired a boat for 4 hours from Latchi Watersports and explored the blue lagoon and the other smaller coves which was our favourite day out! We also ate at ‘Half way House’ which is open during the day and you can walk from the villa. The food was fabulous and we wished we had found this gem a little earlier in our stay! We are returning next year and can’t wait to stay again at this wonderful villa. Finally, we can not thank Steven at Lets Rent Online enough for always keeping in touch throughout the last couple of years. Our stay due to Covid was altered twice and for accommodating the changes that needed to be made. Thank you. .''

The property is stunning, great view and very clean ( including the pool) the hosts are awesome and when we had an issue quickly fixed it. They even left us some breakfast food as they knew we were arriving late and wouldn’t get a chance to shop before the stores closed. Amazing! Would stay here again in a heart beat! Perfect location. 5-10 min driving distance to nice beaches and many superb food restaurants. Located on the hill, truly unforgettable full red sunsets. Food was great, meat, fish and frutti di mare. Octapus was legendary. High quality food and service both in Latchi and in restaurants on the beach. Good that we had large swimming pool, otherwise each of us would gain few pounds. Excelent service, quickly responds, immediately solves all issues. Highly recommended. Everything was so smoothly organized that not much communication was needed. We were positively surprised with a welcome basket, including good local wine, and even more surprise to find a large a very good apple pie on the table after few days. Little things, but they make a difference. All was excellent. .''

A television in every bedroom, as well as the large one in the living room, was very generous but we didn't feel the need to use any of them. We were a party of 3 but even with full capacity of 8, the villa wouldn't feel cramped. The bedrooms are large and contain plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Although the ground floor bedroom itself would suit those with limited mobility, it's over-the-bath shower may not be appropriate. The kitchen was very well-equpped and enabled us to self-cater with ease. The large, warm pool was super. However, it's depth may make it unsuitable for young children and the ladder may not be appropriate for entry/exit by those with reduced mobility. The very large terrace gave wonderful views to the sea and surrounding countryside. It was equipped with several shady areas, pizza oven, barbecue and sun loungers and was a great place for relaxation in this peaceful area. We loved the stunning location, adjacent to a rural area but close enough to walk to the local minimarkets and bakery. We mainly self-catered but enjoyed lovely meals at Santa Barbara and the fish taverna at Pomos Harbour. PaphosCarRentals were great - delivered a hire car to and collected it from our villa at a very reasonable rate. We had excellent support from LetsRentOnline and can recommend this agency. A report to the villa manager that the dishwasher wasn't working was attended to very quickly. Maria was very friendly, provided an excellent welcome pack and gave us a delicious apple pie from the local bakery on her first visit. We would love to return to Cyprus. We have previously rented villas in Spanish areas but prefer Cyprus so that should be our future destination. Any of my comments may be used. I hope this is helpful. Best wishes, Lynne .''

Both inside and outside well maintained and clean. The Villa was very spacious and well equipped, the showers really good and we loved the sitting areas, both inside and out. Having a BBQ was great as well as the Pizza oven. Spectacular location with terrific views over the sea and also so rural, surrounded by citrus groves. Having no close neighbours was great, so you felt remote, but easy walking access to bars, taverna's , bakeries and mini markets and only 10 min drive to large supermarket in Polis We liked Santa Barbara, Coast and Pas to Kima , all in Argaka, not so keen on Fly Again Irish pub, food not good, ok for a drink. Recommend the beach in Polis next to camping site, mix of sand and shingle, very quiet, easy access and a restaurant, shower and toilet facilities.We also had a half day boat hire from Latchi Watersports, very friendly people and professional. Lovely morning going up coast, stopping off at various points for swimming and snorkelling, highly recommend. Very pleased with service from Letsrentonline, easy booking and kept us informed. Very professional. Maria and Mario where brilliant, ensured we were happy with our stay. Had a couple of issues , a/c in a bedroom and safe, both fixed straight away. Would love to come back. .''

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the kids played on the park. We also loved watching the sunset every night and enjoying the excellent views. The surroundings of the villa are beautiful, it felt luxurious. The location was good. It was peaceful and in a beautiful area and close to a bar and the beach. There are larger supermarkets and restaurants which are a small drive to Polis or Latchi. We enjoyed the Fly again beach bar and took many trips into Polis and Latchi for delicious food. We particularly liked the Moustakallis in Polis. The service and quality of food was exceptional. We thought that the communications before the holiday were great, feedback was always very quick and we had all the info we needed to make our stay and journey hassle free. Very satisfied with the owners. They were extremely welcoming with a food and drinks package on arrival and regular visits from Maria to check we were all ok. The villa was extremely well kept throughout our stay by Mario. We made use of recommended taxi to the airport which was hassle free, he was waiting for us at the airport as soon as we arrived. we were extremely satisfied with the villa and made use of the exceptional facilities. ..''

The location was very beautiful and calm. Just the way we wanted it. We most liked the Argaka beach ( free sunbeds) and the Flying irish bar at the beach. And Latchi watercenter was a must. The harbour and rental boats in the beautiful ocean was a big hit. I am so impressed by you Steven, your quick response and all help before the trip is so good. Maria was so nice and helpful at arival.Please send our regards to her. We are definitly coming back to villa Leni , but we are now looking on your website for all your villas on Cyprus for next year I only have the best to say about vill Leni. We have stayed in a number of different villas over the years but this was the best. Argaka is a perfect location. Sea view, very quiet but close enough to go out for meals and visit Polis or Latchi. We enjoyed the meals at Soulis in Latchi as you could sit next to the sea and there was a great menu and superb service. Finikas in Polis was also good value. Santa Barbara was a good venue to watch the sun set and very romantic. Excellent service from LetsRentOnline. Simple to book all queries answered. Well done. Villa was well looked after. Maria very welcoming and friendly. We were very pleased with the service provided. Excellent welcome pack. Villa kept clean, superb gardens and pool well maintained.We were very pleased with everything. We had a lovely holiday. We have already booked to return to Villa Leni next year s we thought it was so good.''

The property was fitted out to a high standard and was beautifully furnished, the kitchen equipment was endless and was a home from home. The only thing I would have like was plastic cups for the children when eating outside- but that's just me being a panicking mum! The location was a little more remote than I thought- but we hired a car, I would recommend a car is needed. The views were super and we could hear the waves from the sea whilst sitting on our sun loungers! We found a cut through from the villa to the Irish bar- I'd recommend letting customers know about this as we walked all the way round twice. Go out of the villa gates, turn left, then right at the end of the road, walk up the hill (round a bend or two) and there's a wide dirt track that cuts down alongside the Irish bar/ restaurant. The Irish bar called "fly again" was a 10 minute walk from the villa and was good quality and value with a wide choice. Latchi (Latsi as locally called) is a nice little harbour, we got a taxi and it costs 12 euros, we ate twice at the harbour in different restaurants both lovely, ice cream kiosk as you exit the harbour is highly recommended! We hired a boat from Latchi water sports- the service was great and we had a lovely time out on a private boat hire for 4 hours. Steven was particularly helpful and answered all my questions - thank you. The information provided for accessing the villa was spot on and well written. Maria visited us twice once on arrival once before departure, she brought us a lovely baked pudding and was very friendly. The pool was cleaned twice during our week stay. Thanks for organising our villa and for taxi reservation and water sports recommendation- we had a lovely time. The service you have provided has been fab! .'' The location was great from a privacy point of view and the views were amazing. The local shops/bars/restaurants were in a walkable distance. We did feel that next time we would have hired a car as other attractions were too far away for walking and also any trips to the beach/waterparks etc gets costly by going by taxi. We went to the Fly Again (Irish pub) on a few occasions and found the staff & food very pleasant. We took part in the quiz night which was good fun. All the local shops were friendly, well stocked and fairly reasonable for being so remote. Extremely satisfied with your service and communication was brilliant throughout the whole booking process and after. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the welcome pack was very nice. They also came to introduce themselves and brought us a cake!  . We had a problem with the fridge which meant we lost some items of food, they were expedient in their response and we had a new fridge the next day. They also gave us a discount on the pool/hot-tub to accommodate the loss we suffered from the food. I think we will be looking to re-book Villa Leni for next year.''

Everything was as it was descriped on the website. Well equipped. Stunning with the view of the sea and the lime/citrus farms. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Santa Barbara beach and beach bar was great. We also liked the restaurant Fly again (Irish Bar). Great food and service. Otherwise the city centre of Polis, Coral Bay and the beach in Kato Pyrgos. Both Maria and Mario were great and helped out a lot. An extra plus for arraning the tennis for us.''

Hello, yes I really enjoyed Cyprus and so did my little girl thank you. The property itself is absolutely perfect......it really is a beautiful villa.....the location in argaka was again perfect. The Aphrodite water park in paphos is an amazing day out.......and polis beach met all our needs as my daughter loved playing on the sand there.....and we found the sea great for a dip. I was very satisfied with how you handled everything and how you kept me informed with speedy replies from my emails. The owners were most helpful and only a phone call away.....Maria is absolutely adorable and such a nice lady.......Mario I met only once....again he was most helpful and a very hard working man which is plain to see......they are genuinely decent people.......and I will be back there for sure as the stay was that good. I not only intend on visiting Cyprus again......but at villa leni again as it really is the bees knees mate. All the locals we encountered were friendly and helpful.....from people in shops....bars....petrol stations....restaurants....to people we stopped to ask for directions. The worst part of the villa......was leaving it mate it's a 10 out of 10 property.

The Villa was well equipped, and the view was fantastic. The location for us was perfect. It is in a quiet location with a lot of privacy. The view of the Sea is excellent, and the local amenities are close by without being intrusive. Although not the busiest area there are local attractions close by (by car). The bakery down the road is great, and there is a supermarket 6km away which has a much larger selection. We hired a boat from Latchi watersports center with the LetsRentOnline discount. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the equipment provided was in excellent condition, we would thoroughly recommend this for a day trip. More than satisfied. LetsRentOnline provided an excellent information pack, and the communication we had was always very prompt and with the information we needed. It was an added bonus to get some discount on the local attractions. Excellent local service and communication, Maria even bought us a traditional local cake on our arrival and made sure that everything was working correctly, again before we checked out to make sure everything was satisfactory. Overall a great level of service. A big thank you Stephen for your excellent communication, it made everything so much easier. ''

We have had a fantastic time, the villa was beautiful and lived up to our expectations. The location was lovely and the owners and taxi services you put us on to use were extremely accommodating. Yourself has also given us a high standard of service. We used the taxi services to go into latchi which is a lovely place on three occasions and went to the Irish bar which was not far from the villa. We definitely want to return next year and are looking at the last two weeks in August, if we could get some prices please.
