Overview
This beautiful villa enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the championship Golf Course's 1st, 10th and 18th fairways from both the private solar heated pool area (Free Heating) and the upstairs balcony.
The South and West facing aspects give stunning sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea as well as mountain views to the right.
This comfortable two-bedroom Villa is furnished to the highest standards and lies just a short 5-minute stroll to the Village Square and Golf Club. The property offers private parking as well as ample visitor parking in the development. All rooms enjoy full air Conditioning and ceiling fans.
There are multiple portable Bluetooth speakers throughout the villa. Good quality cotton bedding, towels and beach towels are supplied. Fire extinguishers and fire blanket are provided for your safety.
The living room has quality furniture including a 3-seater leather sofa and armchair a flat screen LCD TV and IPTV streaming. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breath-taking views from the patio doors which open up to the pool area.
The dining area has an elegantly designed table with four chairs. There are French doors which open on to the patio, setting the scene for a relaxing dining experience.
The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances including microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a full range of tea and coffee makers including a fresh pod machine and milk heater and frother. A water cooler, numerous pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided.
A marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom. The room is fitted with wardrobes and a King Size bed with bedside cabinets. The French doors lead to the private upstairs balcony which is furnished with a bistro dining set for two, a parasol and two private sun loungers. There is ample wardrobe and drawer storage, and the TV has its own IPTV streaming. The ensuite features a bathtub with an overhead shower and side screen as well as a toilet and vanity units with a sink.
The second bedroom is situated on the ground floor and features its own shower and toilet facilities. It has a double bed with bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the rear garden and pool area. The TV has a built in DVD player for the comprehensive collection of DVD films. There is also a portable Z-bed stored underneath if required.
Outside, the property is complete with quality dining furniture, four sun loungers, parasol and gas BBQ. The central pool creates a sense of tranquillity and relaxation as you look across the golf fairways to the vistas beyond.
The kidney shaped pool has a built-in solar heating system at no extra charge – The Summer water temperatures vary from 26deg for the early and late months to 32deg for the high Summer. It is cleaned and serviced twice weekly to maintain its clarity and quality. The pool is very child friendly being only 1.2m to 1.5m deep. The garden shed contains a selection of pool toys and inflatables.
The front garden enjoys the morning sunshine where an early cup of coffee sat at the bistro table is a great way to start the day.
Aphrodite Hills is proud to announce that its' 18 hole golf course has benefited from a major investment and upgrade including reconstruction of greens and bunkers.
This has now been recognised by the PGA association which has bestowed its highest honour and reassigned Aphrodite Hills as the "PGA National Cyprus Course".
Aphrodite Hills Resort opened in spring 2005. It is built within a protected forestry area enjoying olive trees, carob trees and dramatic views over the ravines and towards the sea. It has an active but subdued entertainment program; full details are available on their website or in the Information centre located on site.
This 5* resort lies on the South West Coast of Cyprus, 15km East of Paphos. The area is steeped in history and Aphrodite’s Rock, the birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite, lies nearby. It is THE premier leisure destination in Cyprus and has been used by the British Olympic team for training and acclimatisation. Many Celebrity Golf and Tennis matches also take place throughout the year.
It includes an 18 hole PGA Golf Course, Tennis Academy, 5* hotel, full Health Spa, Football Academy, Horse Riding, Restaurants, Bars, Shops, a well stocked Supermarket, Pharmacy, medical centre, Costa Coffee, Hagen Das Cafe as well as the Golf Clubhouse.
Paphos is a delightful town and well worth a leisurely visit and was declared the 2017 European City of Culture. The island mixes the charms of Greece with local tavernas and small delightful villages with a touch of British influence: driving on the left, signposts in English and even an M&S store.
Paphos is served by many airlines and is a 4 1/2 flight from the UK. The Cyprus landscape is very dramatic, enjoying citrus and olive groves on the lower land and then as you climb higher towards the Troodos Mountains it changes into fields of vineyards and Pine forests.
Greek is the main language however English is widely spoken.
There is a free motorway which connects the Southwest of the Island directly with the Southeast at Agia Napa and provides quick and painless access to the whole of the Country including Paphos, Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca.
This region enjoys 330 days of sunshine per year with Winter temperatures rarely below 16 degrees and Summer temperatures mostly in the 30's.
This development Show Home is furnished to a high standard. The villa is owned by a British family and Managed by a British Lady who lives locally.
Both front and rear gardens are beautifully landscaped.
The villa is cleaned at the start of your stay. If you are staying for 10 days or more there will be a Mid-stay linen change included in your price.
Further cleaning is available at an extra charge - Liaise with and pay the local cleaner directly.
Check-Out anytime at no extra charge on your last day. This makes it easier for you especially if you have children or a late flight.

You have everything you could need for a holiday on the resort, however if you would like to venture further afield there is a local, reliable and cheap bus service which departs throughout the day from Aphrodite Hills to Paphos and Aphrodite's Rock.
Taxis are available from Paphos Airport: Journey time to Aphrodite Hills is around 15 minutes, costing 50 Euro per sector.
Taxis from Larnaca Airport : Journey time is around 1hr 20mins costing over 150 Euro per sector.

Hire car is preferable but not essential. Check to see if the car hire would work out more cost effective than a taxi service both ways from the airport. Winter prices range from a weeks car hire for 100 Euros up to Summer prices around 300 Euros. Prices vary widely; please check comparison websites for your best deal.
I would suggest that you pre book a Hire car; most companies are represented at the airport: Hertz, Easycar, Alamo, Sixt, Autoeurope and Leoscy as well as more local companies.

Other airlines which fly into Paphos and Larnaca from the UK are: British Airways, TUI, Jet2 and Ryanair.

A small villa. Great location on Aphrodite Hills especially if you are golfers with Aphrodite on site plus Secret Valley and Elea very close. Garden gets the sun in the afternoon. Facilities all fine. We had a very enjoyable stay. We would recommend.

Our stay at 25 Hestiades Green was great, as stated everything was close at hand. The villa was clean, the only thing that kept me from giving five stars for cleanliness was the large rug in the living room was badly soiled. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, I would recommend the villa without hesitation for a great holiday.

Lovely homely Villa next to Golf course. Left on Oct 21, 2019 for a stay in Sep 2019 This beautiful 2 bed Villa has everything you could ever wish for in a holiday rental. It is maintained to a very high standard and we particularly appreciated the luxury of the high quality furnishing throughout the property. Everywhere is spotlessly clean both inside and outside the Villa. The garden area overlooks the Golf course but was still private and peaceful during the day to enjoy the beautiful pool, which we did every day. Aphrodities Hills resort on which the Villa is situated has everything you need for your holiday, several restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlour, an open air bar area, kebab shop and retail shops all just a short walk down the road...... Perfect. We hired a car for our holiday and as Phaphos and Limasol are short drive away it was ideal to make the most of our stay in Cyprus. Thank you Ashley for letting us stay in your holiday home, we enjoyed every minute and can't wait to be back there for Christmas.
Wonderful 5* villa Left on Sep 24, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 We had a wonderful stay at Aphrodite hills. The villa was very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The views were stunning, and our children really enjoyed the pool. The golf complex was clean and had some fab amenities- we particularly enjoyed the live music nights at the bar. Our children also enjoyed the well equipped children play area. I would say that a car is a good idea for exploring, the villa is a close drive to many lovely areas of exploration and supermarkets, tavernas etc. Would def recommend.
Still Perfect Year After Year Left on Sep 15, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 Back again to our family favourite holiday villa, still perfect after 12 years ! Ashley's villa is always exceptionally well looked after and has everything you could possibly need for a villa stay. Lovely warm pool and an amazing view over the golf course. For the second time we stayed at Ashley's villa this summer. It is fabulous with every thing you need to make a perfect holiday. And what an amazing pool to relax in. I would certainly recommend this villa, and Ashley ensures that everything is as good as it could be.
Perfect! A little oasis near the heart of the resort. We first stayed in this villa 11 years ago, which was our first visit to Aphrodite Hills. Since then we have returned many times, visiting again in May this year. It is still as good now as it was then! The villa is far better than the normal rental villa and truly feels like a home from home. The constant attention to details and continual investment by the owners gives this a plush and homely feel. Hestiades Greens is a great location, a short walk from the village centre with an outlook over the first fairway. No.25, whilst smaller than some villas on the resort, has a lovely, well tended outside space and pool. It is private to the adjoining villas and provides the perfect sun trap to sit and laze away the afternoon. Inside, the villa is spot on. Very clean and well looked after with everything you could need in a holiday home. Ashley and Chris (owners) are a pleasure to deal with and genuinely care about your stay. Very good information packs help you get settled quickly and communication with them is great. Of most help is the ability to leave the villa late on your departure day. This is ideal, with so many afternoon and evening flights out of Paphos. Aphrodite Hills is a lovely, peaceful resort, that continues to develop each time we visit. No.25 is by far our favourite villa, not just for location, but for all the little things that matter. We can’t wait to return again soon!
A lovely villa maintained to a very high standard. All the homely touches you don't normally get with a rental. Beautiful garden and pool overlooking the golf course. Aphrodite Hills Resort is lovely very clean, quiet and secure. The village square in easy walking distance grab a Costa or an Ice Cream. We walked the nature trail and visited the hotel. The Villa is in easy reach of Paphos & Liamasol, lots of fantastic restaurants in the small neighbouring villages of Pissouri & Koulaki well worth a visit. A car is not needed as there is regular public transport but we had one for ease of getting about. All in all a lovely place to stay both resort and villa we will be back. Lovely villa in a good location Left on Aug 16, 2017 for a stay in Jul 2017 Very quick responses to queries pre booking; excellent communication and further information after booking. The Villa was exactly what we hoped it would be. Everything was in good order and a really good location within the Aphrodite Hills complex, 5 minutes walk to its shop and restaurants. The villa's interior is exactly like the photos, it's lovely. The pool, whilst not very big, was great for our children to spend hours in. We BBQd at the villa, ate at the complex's restaurants and went out to local restaurants (Kouklia and Pissouri). You will need a car for going anywhere off the complex. Overall a very relaxing holiday and we recommend this villa as good value.

Absolutely fantastic villa Left on May 18, 2017 for a stay in May 2017 Well what can we say... absolutely fantastic, felt like home from the moment we arrived, everything the villa owners could have thought of,they have. They provided everything you could need and the information book was great. We were also getting married whilst staying in Cyprus and the personal touches to the house and gift made it all the perfect. We will most definitely be back to enjoy this lovely villa,weather has been perfect little chilly at night you need a cardigan. Keep up the fantastic work on your lovely villa.
Back again!!! Left on Jan 8, 2017 for a stay in Oct 2016 Returned back to this wonderful villa which feels like home now. The new furniture and electricals have made a big improvement and are very comfortable. As the weather was so hot we spent lots of time in the pool which is lovely and peaceful. Hope to be back again next year.

Nice furnishings and everything under the sun to make your holiday enjoyable . New shower cubicle downstairs , everywhere very clean . TV channel options extensive , even catch-up TV. The furnishings and the garden loungers all high standard . A few steps up and down in the villa , would not be ideal for someone with disabilities . Car parking space more suitable for a small car . Excellent property , very helpful and communicative owner , would throughly recommend , especially for couples .
