This traditional and stylish villa is located in quiet surroundings, perfect for a getaway with friends or family. The nearest beach is just 50 m away, while nearest restaurants (500 m), cafes (260 m), grocery stores (130 m) and beaches are just a short walk away.

Villa Nina spreads on 240 m2 divided on the ground floor, first floor and high attic levels. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. Carefully designed interior rich with warm tones creates the ambience of a comfortable and authentic dalmatian home where every guest feels welcome.

Ground floor consists of a spacious open concept living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and 1 bathroom with shower. Ground floor has access to a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor table where guests can dine al fresco while enjoying the breathtaking sea view.

Upper floors are designed as a resting area with 2 air conditioned bedrooms with queen size double beds (160 x 200 cm) located on the first floor, while the remaining 2 bedrooms – one with a queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) which can be pulled together if necessary – are located on the high attic. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and access to a seaview balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chairs which is shared with the other bedroom on the floor, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning while admiring the crystal clear sea of Vinišće bay.

One of the many highlights of this magnificent property is the charming Mediterranean garden and the heated outdoor pool (21 m2) surrounded with sun loungers where guests can spend their days soaking up the sunshine. Pool area is also equipped with an outdoor shower. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors have a gas outdoor barbecue on disposal.
