Villa with private heated pool in Split only 10 min driving from old center.We are able to provide full privacy.
Property is surrounded with fence and offers full privacy .Just renovated rooms in end of 2019 .We have add possibility of 1 double bed or 2 single beds in every room to fit couples or friends so every .
Our guests have huge discount for all excursions there are in Split and region together with car rental (cheapest in region)and restaurants. Beach renovated 400 meter from the house makes things even more interested to our guests. Pool tiles are from glass mosaic and they make pool looks amazing. Pool is 35 square meter big to fit 12-15 people inside. For cooler periods pool is covered by special blanket and heated . All the furniture brand new and fabi soccer table!The only golf course in area 250 meter from villa.

The villa is very well appointed with everything you will need, we were a group of 18, 8 adults and 5 children and we were able to live very comfortably together for a week. There was even one spare bedroom. Three bathrooms meant there was no queing for a shower and we were able to sit and have breakfast in the morning at the large dining table using the fully equiped kitchen.
We had a medical emergency during our stay, one of the children got sick and we had to call an ambulance, Henry called the emergency services back and made sure they were coming to the right address, he also offered to come to the hospital and help with any translation even though he was with his family in a different area.
Henry also helped to arrange our transfers to and from the airport and a day trip to the National Park and then to another town along the coast. All of the people he worked with were really very nice and made sure we were well taken care of, sourcing car seats for the smaller children from friends.
We couldn't fault the service or the villa at all. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Croatia. 5 stars!

Owner was very nice and friendly. Our flight was early in the morning and early check in was no problem. Location is in a small village, surrounded by locals which was nice. Easy to reach and with good connections to Split and towards south via road. Stores and restaurants in the area are decent. Nearest beach is within walking distance and is okay but there are nicer beaches along the coast for sure.
Heated pool was very nice. For small children floating devices were needed (depth is around 1,5 m). Overall the villa was great, clean and there were no major flaws, just some usual minor wear from use. Pretty much what you'd expect based on the photos, definitely could rent again.
