In the spacious and fenced garden (2000 sqm) with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants there is a children's playground with swings and a large and inviting terrace with garden furniture, umbrellas, deck chairs, seating both in the sun and in the shade.

We spent a wonderful week in Rab. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. It was very comfortable for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children (7,8,11,12)) It was in very good location, very close to the old town. Few minutes walk to shops, markets (fish market also). The host was very kind, helpful and flexible.
t’s the 8th time that I come in Rab, the perfect isle that joints the best Croatian sea with the a marvelous traditional downtown. Miljenko and his apartment is absolutely the best accommodation we ever found. Spacious and clean, all comfort necessary staff, everything is almost new and functional, including the air conditioning. The huge private space outside is perfect for children that can play safely with the swings, collect apricots, clean their new shells and so on. The double gas barbecue allowed us cooking quickly steaks and fish at the same time, so comfortable also the aside sink to clean fish and all the staff such as snorkeling goggles, fins etc.. Miljenko is so kind and always available for anything and tips. Really enjoy our stay, we surely come back.

Sehr schön! Das Apartment war sehr sauber und liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend, nahe der Stadt und des Strandes. Vor Ort waren Parkplätze im Schatten was sehr vorteilhaft war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unterhaltsam.
Pleasant staying on Rab Mile's and Marjetka's hospitality is extraordinary, good location. We used BBQ in front of the house. The terace in front of the house gets sun in the morning, which was very pleasant in this time of the year. The terace is large and suitable for up to 20 people. There are two smaller teraces on the westeren side of the house, that can be reached from the two rooms. The kitchen is very well equiped. We were first guests in this season, but everything was perfectly clean already, which was not always our experience in other places we visited before. Way to go Mile!
Ottima accoglienza del proprietario e posizione molto comoda, nel centro di Rab città. Casa molto spaziosa e pulita.
