ENTRANCE FLOOR
Living room & Kitchen
This is the "middle floor" of the house. From the main door you will immediately access to the lounge area. This open space living room comes with a sofa, a FLAT screen TV, a billiard table and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 9 people.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, big set of cutlery (24 pieces of each), all kind of glasses (for red wine, white wine, long drinks, Soft drink, shot, latte macchiato, tea cups, coffee cups), a variety of plates, bowls, cooking pans and frying pans.
From this open space you have access to a huge terrace with sea view with outdoor forniture.
UPPER FLOOR
Two bedrooms for 5 people
Above the lounge area, through a spiral staircase you will access to two of the four bedrooms. The bedrooms comes with en-suite bathroom. One of the bedroom is a triple room and it provide a double bed and a single bed.
All the beds are box spring beds and very confortable. Each room has a safe and access to a balcony equipped with outdoor forniture. From the balcony you have an amazing sea view.
The bathrooms come with double sink and a walk-in shower. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries are also provided.
LOWER FLOOR
Two bedrooms for 4 people
Through the same spiral staircase, one floor below the living area you will find two other bedrooms. Both bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom which features as upstairs a double sink and a walk-in shower. This two rooms have direct access to the pool terrace.

HOUSE
The house is sourranded by stairs and terraces. On the west side, a fully equipped summer kitchen is on your disposal as well as a dining outdoor terrace equipped with table and chais.
On the same side, you will have access to a smaller room we call "game room" where your children will be able to play PlayStation on a big FLAT screen TV.
On the east side of the house a laundry room is also available. This room is mostly used by the staff working in the house.
The beach door is at only few stairs from the pool terrace. The whole house is sourranded by Mediterrean vegetation.
POOL
The 24 m2 infinity pool is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace come with sunchairs, beach towels and pareos. The external shower is just next to the pool.
The house is equipped with “Sonos” sound system. Sonos is the smart speaker system that streams all your favourite music to any room, or every room. Control your music with one simple app, and fill your home with pure, immersive sound.

It was a wonderful house and perfect for two families traveling with teenagers. Clean, beautiful and perfect location close to the small beach. Very friendly staff, great cleaning and perfect service. We loved it!
Excellent property, in excellent condition - everything brand new in 2015. Elegantly and tastefully decorated and furnished, with plenty of space. Kitchen facilities and kitchen and dining equipment plentiful and all superb - good working aircon. 3 different eating areas dining room, patio terrace and balcony. Fantastic spacious pool with lots of comfortable pool terrace furniture. Well maintained grounds - with added value of pool table (as in shooting balls not water) and table tennis and large barbq area. Great location in quiet neat smart neighbourhood 1 minute from local beach and just a 15 minute pleasant waterfront walk to:- the main beach of the whole island plus local shops; bank atms; bars; cafes; nightlife; restaurants; and regular water taxis (running morning to midnight) to nearby historic Trogir. If one was being picky in an ideal world some would want a rental where the 15 min walk reduced to 5 mins to the local action but not a big deal, and otherwise this is pretty much the perfect holiday beach villa. Good security (building locks and safety deposit box). Beds all comfortable, all rooms had en-suite shower and bathrooms in excellent condition all worked - towels and bed-linen and mattresses good quality and very comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Only thing I would change if I was owner would be to offer more English language sat TV Didn't know owners/management before I went took pot luck on AirBnb but was exactly as described and worth the money. Local host/property manager Anna very helpful, professional and welcoming - very responsive to all requests, well connected and informed for making related tour arrangements. Very quickly resolved couple minor problems same day reported . Just 30 mins from Split airport. Stacks to do in the area from R&R, soft adventure, culture, natural beauty, boat rides, snorkelling etc weather in August perfect blue sky sunny all day pleasing 28-32 hot temp dawn through dusk - odd evening 20 minute thunderstorm clears the air keeps things fresh . The overall area offers something for families, toddlers. young kids, couples, teens, those in their 20s through all the ages to retirement folks. Tip if you getting a transfer to anywhere for tour when leaving the island get a water taxi to Trogir for Okrug jetty (15 mins from Villa Avalon see comments above) and start transfer from there as always delays on bridge to get off island and you save a lot of time, hassle and money getting boat first to skip the bridge and more pleasant than the traffic jam. I am very well and regularly traveled worldwide over many years (business and leisure) and an ex-media professional (now latterly a travel professional myself so not automatically pre-disposed to giving glowing reviews and not easily pleased coming to all travel experiences with a 'crtical eye' ) and this property and resort rank very highly.
