Visit my beautiful apartment located in the heart of Dalmatia, nearby all main tourist spots and Unesco heritage. Wonderful peaceful village Okurg Gornji, only 9 km from Split Airport, 6 km from Trogir old town and 35 km away from Split Diocletian palace. Lots of amenities, private heated pool and amazing views and sunsets makes it an ideal place to relax and spend a wonderful vacation with family and friends.

This 4-star apartment is completely renovated in 2019. offers a comfortable ambience for 7 people in 9 bedrooms on 2nd floor of the building. Above apartment is just place for owners who live sometimes. Inside the apartment gates you will find your own privacy. You will really enjoy amazing sea view from the terrace and one of the best sunsets ever over Ciovo bay.

As mentioned before apartment is really spacious and it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and terrace with sea view.

There are 2 double bed bedrooms in total (1 x king size bedroom and 1x queen size bed). 3rd bedroom is with bunk bed + single bed (120 cm x 200 cm). Bed linens are provided. Each bedroom has attached own full bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, washbasin, etc. There is washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Bath towels are provided. All rooms in apartment are completely air conditioned with private units to control in each bedroom.

The kitchen has all you need to prepare your own dishes. All kitchen appliances are high quality. There is induction hobs with 4 rings, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and cookware. Living room has sofa. There is cable tv and LED TV. Wifi is available. There is also dining area nearby the kitchen but for sure most of the time you will spend on beautiful terrace to eat and enjoy sea view which is attached to living room and kitchen.

The outdoor area offers a private heated pool which is ideal in mid and low season (pool heating is included in rate). Next to the pool there area sunbeds, shower, BBQ and dining table to spend wonderfull BBQ nights and chill next to the pool. BBQ wood and all utilities are provided.

Apartment has own 3 shaded parking places.

Old town, the historic heritage, the centre of Trogir is 6 kilometre away. Most of the people go by foot to Trogir, and in the evenings with the sun down it is a really pleasant walk of about 40 minutes or so.

There is also boat line available from Okrug Gornji to Trogir waterfront. Trogir, one of the most beautiful and oldest cities in Croatia. Apartment is just 9 km from Split International Airport with many LCC flights.
Split and Trogir are famous cultural and historical sights on the Dalmatian coast, Trogir is a UNESCO cultural heritage. Location is as good as it gets in this area. With beach right there, bars, restaurants and shopping markets in close vicinity, a short walk from your apartment in this or that direction covers your holiday in this beautiful seaside town. Ideal place to explore the island and central Dalmatia area or “jump” to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Other destinations for day trips: National Park Slapovi Krke (Krka waterfalls), National Park - Kornati Islands, Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina country, Zadar, Hvar island, Solta, Sibenik city and many others cities and activities are available. The fact is that within a radius of approx. 200 km there are 4 national parks and 6 UNESCO World Heritage sites (old town of Trogir, Diocletian's Palace in Split, St. Jakobs Cathedral in Šibenik, Stari Grad Plain on the island of Hvar, old town of Dubrovnik and Plitvice Lakes National Park).

Beach here is peaceful with many bears/restaurants nearby. There are lot of hidden gems within walking distance which are not commercialized yet. Once booking is confirmed I can provide you more details to get away in your private gem.

In the summer this is a vibrant and well known area. Families with kids and young people both find this as their destination, as it is possible to find peaceful and safe areas as well as night life, parties, watersports etc.
