The ground floor consists of three bedrooms and one bathroom, open kitchen and living/dining area leading to the patio, swimming pool and fenced garden with a summer kitchen. The house is conveniently located, within walking distance to the shop, restaurant while beaches and many more facilities are easily reachable within short driving distance. Riviera of Kastela has a wealth of options for bars, restaurants and beaches, a wide range of sporting and leisure activities as well as choice of day trips to the islands or to the nearby coastal attractions. Moreover, the property is conveniently located with an easy access to the main road to explore the coastal area, but also to the motorway, if interested in exploring wider into the region. Lot of Dalmatian tourist hot spots are only within one-hour drive from the property.
