Villa Family is a charming and stylish holiday villa situated in a peaceful and quiet area in Kaštel Štafilić, conveniently situated just 8 km from the UNESCO protected town Trogir and 22 km from the UNESCO protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian in Split.

This beautiful and modernly furnished house is located just 600 m from the sea and the nearest beach, which makes it an ideal choice for a nice and relaxing summer holiday with your family. Nearest restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance, while Split airport is just 3 km away.

Villa Family stretches over 3 levels – ground floor, first floor and second floor – covering the living area of 280 m2. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons (6+2) in total.

One of the highlights of this magnificent holiday home is the outdoor area with a beautiful and lush secluded garden with outdoor furniture which provides enough privacy for spending quality time with your friends and family in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Those with children will surely appreciate the play area equipped with swings, slide and a sandbox, while those who enjoy cooking outdoors can make their specialties on the outdoor grill.

The ground floor level is designed as a recreation and relaxation area equipped with gym, sauna, jacuzzi (4-6 persons), billiard table and 1 bathroom with shower.

Indoor staircase leads to the first floor designed as a lounge area with spacious living room, dining area with large dining table and chairs for 8 persons, well equipped and modern kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the garden view balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for having breakfast in the morning or sipping a glass of wine in the evening.

The second floor, designed as a resting area, consists of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. There is also a sofa bed in the hallway which can accommodate 2 persons.

Villa Family is completely air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, baby cot, high chair, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and hairdryer. The property offers 3 parking places, free of charge. Pets are allowed, free of charge.
