Overview
Prestige Residence is a calm and beautiful condominium in Santa Maria. It is 5 minutes walk from Angulo’s kite beach and 2 minutes walk from ELIMAR grocery store.
The house has two comfortable bedrooms and a large living room prepared to receive more guests. A baby crib can also be provided if requested.
To travel to Cape Verd no vaccines or visa are needed. The Airport and Security Fee can be payed online or at arrival.

Convienently a 2 minute walk to the beach, right next to the main shopping area, restaurants and supermarkets.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, a microwave and a fridge, besides all the cooking and eating utensils you need.
The apartment is in the back but sea views are available from the deck. Perfect for a couple or a couple with a friend or 2. Secure storage for kites and boards. 15 minutes walk to town centre passing several shops and restaurants.

Nice apartment fully furnished, well localised (quiet, easy to reach, closed to beach & restaurants/bars, mini market). Ricardo is extremely effective & reactive.
Anfitrião atencioso e disponivel. Espaço melhor que nas imagens. Fica a 10min a pé do centro de santa maria, faz-se bem a pé, mas passam sempre táxis para quem preferir. Repetiria sem dúvida e recomendo
