Lovely First Floor Apartment

Recommended place to stay. We just spent a week in this place. Everything was very good. Nice residence, quiet, beautiful pool. Very good location to walk to the beach or village of Santa Maria. Roger provided us with a lot of explanations before we arrived. Recommended place to stay.

Beautiful Beautiful, well equipped, spacious, super-clean apartment. Great location less than ten minutes from the beach. Particularly loved chilling out on the balcony overlooking the pool area and well tended surrounding gardens. Great to have use of the washing machine too.

I would recommend this place The apartment matches the photos and everything was fine. The only downside would be the curtains that are not opaque and allow natural light to enter the rooms very early. There are no curtains in the living room either. The apartment was clean and the communication with Roger and Djussa was perfect. The area is very quiet and relaxing for families, it's fine. I would recommend this place if you are staying in Sal.

Great communication A beautiful, clean and very quiet apartment in a guarded complex with pool. It was all as stated in the description and we felt very much. The communication with Roger was great, he gave us a lot of information, about check in, taxi, wifi etc. Thank you very much.

The location allows you to rest very well (the apartment does not overlook the main street) and to reach the beach in 5 minutes. Very close to markets, various services, restaurants, clubs. Other positives: spacious rooms, cleanliness, washing machine and cooking utensils. The host was very present and supportive both before departure and during the stay, providing useful and timely information. Original L'appartamento si trova all'interno del Tropical Resort, un piccolo residence con piscina e spazi verdi super curati. Il balcone è perfetto per fare colazione o rilassarsi al termine di una giornata di mare. La posizione permette sia di riposare benissimo (l'appartamento non affaccia sulla strada principale) che di raggiungere la spiaggia in 5 minuti. Vicinissimi markets, servizi vari, ristoranti, locali. Altri aspetti positivi: camere spaziose, pulizia, lavatrice e utensili da cucina. L'host è stato molto presente e di supporto sia prima della partenza che durante il soggiorno, fornendo info utili e tempestive.

Ideal for us It was a very nice time on Sal. The apartment had everything we were looking for and very well maintained. In the beginning, the wifi was a little jerky. It is quietly located on the outskirts but is within walking distance of the beach 5 minutes and into the city (beautiful along the beach) in 15 minutes. Around the corner is a small supermarket and a bar. The communal pool was little visited and very well maintained. In general, the whole facility is very clean and nicely laid out. Roger was always available via Whats App and very helpful with good tips. A security service, which is on site day and night, gives you a good feeling again. Although we didn't feel it was necessary. Ideal for us (family with two children (14+17)).
