It is a well finished 2 bedrooms in a closed apartment building with a nice solarium and swimming pool inside.
The master bedroom is very spacious and the guest bedroom has 2 separated single beds. In the generous living room area you have a complete kitchen including accessories necessary for cooking.
A sofa bed from where you can see the TV that has a out 24 international channels including movies channels.
Located on the streets where all the main hotels are including the Hilton and the only Casino in Sal (100 meters from the building)
Around the entrance of the building there is a small market, 2 restaurant/bar and our office.
The building has security service 24/7.
Across the street, walking no more than 5 minutes you are on the beautiful white sand beach of the bay of Santa Maria, where you can find also sun lounges and shades for a very reasonable price or just lay down on your towel on the public beautiful beach and enjoy the ocean with his amazing shades of colours.
10/15 minutes walking you are in the centre of Santa Maria where you can find all the amenities such as restaurants, fast food shops, markets, bar etc.
20 minutes driving from the International Airport of Sal at the cost of 15 euro each way.
