He managed everything from afar. The communication was great! His representatives at the place were also very accurate. They helped us immediately with a small problem in the bathroom. - Spacious apartment, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We were even surprised with a brand new coffee machine. - Comfortable beds (in the bedroom). - Quiet location, but not too far from the central part of Sunny Beach. 10 min walk to the beach. Clean and green areas at the complex. Shops and restaurants nearby. Aquapark at 5 min - Free parking at the place (deposit is needed). - Good internet and TV. - Security - we had no problems with our belongings during our stay. - Light check-in and check-out. Great value for money! I recommend it in general! - The pool was empty, but we were warned for that by the host. This detail was marked in "Booking" before our reservation. - The aspiration was not correctly installed - it's not connected to the vent. If you cook, you should have it in mind. - The sofa in the living room was not so comfortable. The leather cover is not appropriate for sleeping, it's not holding sheets on it. If you sit on the edge - you'll fall. Our kids slept on it, but I'm not so sure adults can. - The smell of burnt cigarettes from the garbage can (this is for the guests). Very pleased for having such wonderful guests. They left my apartment in a very good condition. The communication between us was excellent. I am glad they enjoy their stay at my apartment and had a great time. Next year the pool will work and the the sofa bed will change I will put a brand new one. I recommend this family to other hosts.

To the city center and to the beach 10 -15 minutes walk. The presence of a kitchen and a fairly large area of apartments. We arrived in Sunny Beach at 8:30, earlier than expected, but settled in the apartment after 14:00, which is not very convenient. It is also bad that the pool does not work in 2020, although the pools in the neighboring complexes are working. I consider Ihor as a special guest to me. This is the 2nd year being as my guest and I am very pleased. We had a wonderful communication and I am glad he enjoyed his stay in my apartment. I apologize once more of the pool which was closed this year but the reason was due to covid19. I recommend Ihor as a guest and hope to see him again next year

This complex is located from the sea at a distance of about 15 minutes on foot. Also, the advantages of this complex are the relative proximity to the center of Sunny Beach - approximately 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment has everything you need for a good rest. The apartment is quite large, studio and separate bedroom. The apartment has a small kitchen with everything you need for self-catering, air conditioning (although one of the two was not working, but we had enough for a comfortable temperature), large bed, refrigerator, coffee table and dining table, iron with board, large bathroom with shower and boiler. There is also free internet in the apartment, which is not available in all complexes in Bulgaria. Separately, I want to say good words about the owner - who solved all the issues quite quickly. The apartment was very clean, the rooms were big and comfortable. I recommend it. An excellent communication between us. I surely recommend 100% this guest. Hope to meet him in person some day.
