This two-bedroom apartment is in the center of Sunny Beach only 10 minute's walk to the Beach. It is connected to the main road of Sunny Beach in a quiet gated complex (Sun Village Apartments) surrounded by lots of Supermarkets, Restaurants, cafes, shops, Resort Polyclinic Pharmacies, and Rent a Car, Taxis, Dental clinics, casinos, etc.

The space
The total area of the apartment is ( 98 sq. m.) It is very comfortable and it can accommodate up to 6 persons, functionally distributed between two bedrooms, a Living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms with a toilet, and two very big balconies overlooking the swimming pools and the garden. The Apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with a cable TV and internet.

- Pets not allowed
- No smoking inside the apartment
- No glass and bottles around the Pool
- No additional guests are allowed without the approval of the host
- Using the pool after 20.00 pm - 08.00 am is prohibited for safety reasons
- Creating a noise is strictly FORBIDDEN between 14.00 pm - 16.00 pm and between 10.00 pm - 08.00 am (A fine can be imposed to violators)
- Children must be supervised constantly around the pool for your own security
- Throwing garbage from veranda is prohibited. (A fine can be imposed to violators)
