Dear visitors, Our villa is located right on the sea coast in villa area Albena.

It is located in a very calm area with breathtaking view.

The property consists of a large living room 80m2 with lounge, comfortable sofas, dining place and fully equipped kitchen. Big terrace with appropriate furniture to relax in the sun and a barbecue corner to enjoy with your friends. There are 3 double cozy bedrooms, all with terraces and sea panorama views. Three modern bath&wc's and one more wc.

The garden is ideal for your party dinner or pool relaxation. The dimensions of the swimming pool are 9X3 m. The most beautiful beaches of Albena are within 10 min driving from the villa. Small children are not recommended as visitors, because of large terraces, stairs, pool.

Varna and world famous resorts like Golden sands, Albena and St. Constantine and Helena resorts are within 25 min driving from the property. Also you can visit the North part of the Bulgarian black sea cost, where you can find fish houses, historical landmarks, beautiful beaches, aquaparks and so much more. There are attractions like jet, water diving, ship tour, also if you want you can find many areas for walk and relaxing.
