Overview
This studio offers accommodation with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, two restaurants, two shops, and access to gardens with 17 outdoor pools. It is located in an area where you can enjoy various activities, such as hiking in the Stará Planina mountains, diving, and mini golf.
The apartment is equipped with cable TV and Netflix. The kitchenette includes a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom features an automatic washing machine and a hairdryer.
The entire area is accessible to guests. You can walk through the beautiful gardens that make up the complex. Guests also have free access to all 17 pools throughout the property. The beaches below the complex are open to the public with no restrictions.
The Fort Noks complex is built on a slope. Our D1 block, located at the top of the complex, is just 200 meters from the beach.

I live in Bratislava, and in addition to working in a hospital in the anesthesiology-resuscitation department for children with heart diseases, which fulfills me, I run a business in the field of providing tourist accommodation. I am also the manager of the trading company William's Apartments s.r.o. As an avid traveler throughout Europe, I fell in love with the beautiful coast of Bulgaria. Bulgaria eventually became my second home, and I plan to spend a significant part of my life there. I own several apartments right on the Black Sea coast, in the Burgas area, more precisely in Sveti Vlas, within the Grand Resort Fort Noks complex. The apartments include everything that our guests, who prefer private accommodation to hotels, need. The apartments are registered in the state tourism system ESTI in the Republic of Bulgaria. I am obliged to ask every arriving guest to send an identification card of any type. I have to enter your personal data into the ESTI system and then pay the local tourist tax for each guest. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose. I strictly comply with GDPR. Thank you for your understanding. I hope this will not be a problem for future bookings of my apartments.
