Overview
The villa was built in 2009 and is located in a very quiet street, only a 3 minute walk from the local shop and dining facilities.
PLEASE NOTE :Property for maximum 12 Adults and 6 Children only.
You have 200 m2 at your disposal, consisting of 5 bedrooms with high quality double beds. There are two bathrooms with toilet and washbasins as well as double showers , no more waiting to use the bathroom! There are also 2 children's beds 120-60 cm, which according to your needs can be placed in your bedroom or in a separate room.
The living-room has a comfortable 10 person sofas, and a rocking chair. For your entertainment there is a smart flat-screen TV which is connected to the internet so you can find most of the common tv channels.
The dining area easily seats 10 and is fully equiped with everything you need.
In the open kitchen you will find all your cooking equipment including a stove with oven, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster grill, freezer, coffeedrip, fruit-press, 20 person cutlery and china set.
From the living room you can walk out to the terrace, a covered dining area to easily seat 16 with bbq and a beautiful view of the 9 by 5 meter pool with loungedeck and the balkans in the backdrop.
The sauna, which seats 15 or 6 laying down, is heated by a Finnish wood-burning stove, cool down under the poolside showers and take a dip in the pool!! You also have use of an outside toilet to keep your floors dry inside.
Furthermore you have 2 washing machines at your disposal as well as internet, baby-phones and a barbeque,

Fantastic villa, the pictures don't do it justice! Marco was always a phone call away and was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone!
Only downside we had was that we were a group of 12 20/21 year olds so we had to get a taxi to and from Sunny Beach every night but again, Marco was extremely helpful sorting us a taxi every night!

We stayed at this villa for more than a week as a large party of families with children. We had a great time during our stay. The house was very nice and equipped with everything that we asked. The pool was super clean and Mr. Marco, the owner, kept cleaning it for every two or three days.
