The apartment was kept very clean by Tracey. The contents e.g cutlery ,crockery and pans were very limited . We did not like having to share our key box with the next apartment. The whole of the complex could do with a bit of refurbish.

The place was very clean and well kept, great neighbors and in walking distance of what we needed. Great communication with the owner and the added bonus of a friendly cat to feed and cuddle. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay here at Affinity Villas last month to celebrate my Sister's 40th birthday - there were 4 of us in total. Prior to arrival, communication with Maxine was excellent and on arrival as well as throughout our stay Angela and Tracey were simply marvellous. No request was to big or small and they are such warm, friendly, helpful Ladies. Angela, we are still talking about the roti at Sky Mall!

Barbados is my favourite place in the world and I have visited the island a number of times, this is the first stay at Affinity and it will NOT be the last! I am already thinking about coming back with my three children, I know they will adore it here as it really was so comfortable and a home away from home.

Wishing you the best and until I see you again (hopefully in the next 1-2 years), Eunice xxx

Just arrived home from Barbados yesterday and the holiday blues have already kicked in. We had a lovely stay at affinity villas. We was met by Angela on arrival who showed us around the villa. She left a number so we could call if any problems. They provided us with a travel cot and baby bath as we have a toddler. The villa is always very clean and that's the amazing work of the house keeper Tracey. Tracey was in cleaning and changing sheets twice a week and was a pleasure to have around. The villa is in walking distance of welches beach but with no shade and quite roug sea was suitable for our small children so we did walk to Miami which is one of our fav beaches in Barbados but the walk takes around 25-30 mins so not good for people who struggle to walk far. We was there for 2 weeks and had a car for 7 days which was great. Overall great stay.

Friends from New York, USA Mar 2014

I stayed at the Affinity Villas in March 2014, we were a group of 4 girls. Our Barbados experience was excellent overall, due in large part to this property. The villa is exactly as pictured: neat, clean with everything you might need on a vacation. I would say the best part of the villa is its location. The villa is a quick 3-4 minute walk to a beautiful beach (Maxwell beach, Welches beaches) and a quick 5 minute minivan-taxi ride to several other beautiful beaches (Miami beach, Accra beach). A large supermarket is a 10 minute walk and all the island night life at Oistins is a 15 minute walk. We were debating renting a car initially, but we really did not need it. Everything is accessible either by walking or by taking $2 ($1USD) minivan taxis that are readily available and run ALL night. The swimming pool and gazebo were also a nice addition - great for night swims, sunbathing. We were on a budget so we cooked most of our meals and sat outside on the gazebo.

The only thing I felt would have made this property a little more comfortable would be including a few essential amenities: dish/hand soap, toilet paper, etc - just so that you dont have to rush to the supermarket for these things as soon as you arrive.

Finally, Angela, the property manager, was terrific! She was always available by phone or in person to answer questions. At one point we had couldnt figure out how to turn on the stove and she was there in 5 minutes to help us work it. We will most definitely be returning to Barbados next year and will be sure to stay at Affinity Villas again.
