Lake House Gyumri is located 20 minutes drive away from Gyumri City and is situated on the lakeside next to a mineral spring with healing features. It's a peaceful place away from people, where you can spend your holidays with family or friends or simply enjoy nature in isolation. It's also perfect for people who work remotely. It's a cozy house with six rooms, two bathrooms, indoor and outdoor kitchens, and a terrace.
The house is directly situated by a healthy natural spring, which is popular among the locals who like to bathe their feet in the spring's water. The neighboring lake is perfect for boating, nature photography, birdwatching, or fishing.
The nearest train station and shop are in Bayandur village, which is 4 kilometers away. If you arrive at Yerevan Zvartnots airport, we recommend taking a train up to Bayandur or Gyumri city, or we could arrange a taxi for you.
The house has all the amenities for cooking. There are indoor and outdoor kitchens. There is a nice lake view from the garden and balcony.
