| Jean Didwell I have been with Villarenters for a year now and you have generated 5 bookings for me which is over and above what any other site has done. My villa is in Florida and believe me that it is a highly competitive market with large numbers of villas. You even got me a last minute booking when our villa was finished ahead of schedule and before we had seen it! The icing on the cake is the booking system which enables me to take bookings from around the world and at a much lower cost than having my own merchant account with a credit card company. The automated booking system is professional and the documentation produced is ideal if clients need to claim on their insurance. Keep up the good work! |

I've been so impressed that I've now added an additional property to it and have advised my colleagues to allow me to market their properties too. I would honestly struggle to have the same level of success if it wasn't for villarenters.com. | John Green The system is brilliant, we have integrated into our own web site, and get our clients to book on line as a much as possible. It stops the scammers, lets our Managing Agent know about bookings automatically and keeps paperwork to a minimum. The auto reminders are a boon. I can even manage things remotely when I am holiday. Then there is the Villarenters web site. Booking without any advertising outlay. The property is professionally presented with client feedback - great for improving things and you get bookings. Through Villa renters we filled the quietest month of the year - 100% occupancy!!! Thanks Tim and Co keep up the good work. Out of the 6 sites I use this is definitely the best. |
| Mo and David Ashby We are very impressed with the booking system. It is a professional very effective way to manage the administration and control of the bookings for our two properties. We had only just got the information up on the system and within 3 days we had received 2 bookings. The system effectively releases us from the day to day administration and communication with clients. This gives us time to appreciate the beautiful area we live in and ensure our clients are well informed about all aspects of their holiday with us including places to visit, eat and their particular interests. We are putting all our bookings through the system including family friends and special promotional clients by using the promotional discounts facility. This makes the whole booking calendar for us a very easy arrangement which we have recommended to other friends who have properties to rent and are finding the administration time consuming. | Ian Reynolds There are many sites on the web aimed at marketing owners properties. But believe me there is only one Villarenters. The people at villarenters are committed to making the business a success - the customer support is outstanding and technology driving the booking system. Recently they have added a great feature for renter reviews. Owners also have their own villarenters forum on the web - this drives villarenters on to develop the business in partnership with owners. Many owners are skeptical at first and see it as yet another marketing channel. I did at first. We have our own web site and other advertising outlets. But now all we do is refer the prospective client to the site. They pay by CC and have security. I've torn up all our "private" booking forms and associated paperwork. I'm glad for villarenters to do the admin -saves me! There is only one Villarenters. With the great people behind it it will be/is the market leader. |

By using the system, I can see at a glance when my bookings are. I can take credit card bookings and don't have to worry about chasing payment because it is all done for me! Every time it has been so easy and successful. Your reminder system is great and the web site so user friendly. I am looking forward to your new feedback system as I often wondered how the client felt and if there was room for improvement. | Avi Kochar .....I started off shakily with you guys probably as a non trusting sceptical & anxious owner...... I just had little belief as I'd seen too many poor sites. I've just hit 1 full year in villa ownership and have to say that your web site is the best of the lot that I advertise with and I've had more bookings thru you than all of the many other sites that I advertise on put together. Fortunately I have generated many bookings myself, but have total belief in your site, to the point that I went with your calendar on my personal web site. I've have just purchased a second villa....... and hopefully will make the majority of bookings thru you |
