"Property was in a great position and quite comfortable. The owner was helpful and cooperative amenities were good. Instructions on how to operative the TV and available channels would have been helpful. The apartment was quite dusty and we needed to run the hoover through etc. This could have just been because there were renovations being carried out on the adjacent buildings. Apart from this we were very happy and would recommend it to others."

"The flat was lovely and very good value for money. Only downside was the fold-out sofa in the living room which was not very comfortable but if you just use the bedroom the flat is perfect for a holiday in Brighton. It is very bright and the location is perfect. We would definitely recommend it."

"Great location and a very nice apartment. Everything you need inside and just minutes from brighton pier yet very quiet. Only negatives are the carpet could be cleaner and the shower water temp is a little hard to control but the big bath was great . The bed was very comfortable. overall for money great value we will be back to stay again!!!"

"The location of the flat is great since the town centre, pear, and other services are in walking distance, and its removed from the busy King´s Road. The flat is nicely decorated, spacious for two people (plus baby) and provides all you need for a short stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and easy to reach on the phone. The only drawback is that he´s not in Brighton, and the caretaker who lives on the square doesn´t have a key to the flat. We had difficulties accessing the keys from the safe, and it took quite a while and lots of phone calls to get things sorted. As a suggestion the guest would have an easier, and more pleasant start if the caretaker handed over the keys and would give a 5-10 min introduction to the flat (heating, fire alarm, bins, TV, ...)." Owner reply: This guest had the wrong key safe code. In the two years of using key safes this has never happened before. The problem was resolved within an hour by my caretaker who lives in the same street. Guests seem to prefer the key safe which allows for a more flexible check in. There is a useful information file in the apartment (heating, bins and so on). I am always available if there are questions.

"It has a very good location in the heart of Brighton. The flat is well-eqipped and comfortable. It is a very quiet place inspite of the busy surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to came again. It was easy to find parkingplace in the square. The flat was clean and the beds were comfortable. The landlord was very nice and helpful and the food hamper was really good."

" This apartment is in an amazing location, so close to all of the night life and tourist activities, we couldnt have asked for better!! The apartment was clean and comfortable and plenty of space for 4 girls and their luggage for a weekend away. The parking is literally on the door step so no trudging required with bags, which is always a good thing. The bathroom could do with updating, but apart from that, no complaints. Excellent!!" "The apartment was good overall. The only real drawback was that previous occupants had been smokers or perhaps the smoking smell had seeped into the apartment from smokers next door. The smell was noticeable but at a level that was manageable. The owner was responsive to our needs, even bringing us toilet paper." Owner reply: This is a 100% non smoking apartment. Whilst most guests are considerate and do not smoke inside the apartment I cannot enforce/guarantee this. I can only assume the previous guests ignored all the non smoking signs and apologise on their behalf.

"The location is perfect. The flat is good and nicely decorated ( important to me ). Owner very helpfull, we got everything we needed! I wish to be paid more attension to cleaning between customers - all the dishes needed washing up . I was also lacking some serving dishes - saladbowl, teapot...And better pillows!!! But otherwise super! Will defenetely recommend to friends and wish to be back there one day!"

"A great location by the sea.It was neat ,clean,and comfortable. I will be suggesting this flat to all my family as they make their way to Brighton to our daughter. The flat could use an oven,to allow food to be cooked so that you dont have to always use the stove top with pots and pans.( your ad could state the there is no oven) We enjoyed our stay!"

"Our initial impression from the outside was not very good but when we entered the apartment we were pleasantly surprised. It had everything that you would need, the decor was lovely and it was very spacious and airy. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and the location of the apartment is more than ideal. The only negatives we had was that we were not allowed to enter the apartment until 4pm the day we arrived and then to be told we had to leave it by 11am on the day we were flying home which wasnt very suitable. The bathroom could do with a little revamp of the suite and a new shower. Otherwise we thought it was excellant and definatley will be staying there again as it very good value for money"
