Seafront Villas Sema, Dunya, Su, Gunes and Ates 

The villas are located on the Kas peninsula just outside the picturesque town of Kas, with it’s own beach platforms and spectacular sea views from every room. All villas have their own private swimming pool and share the garden (3500 m2) and the beach with&ampnbspthe other villas. At this villas the sea is only two minutes away: a few steps through the garden lead you to the sea and beach platforms. On top of this, three of the five villas are used very rarely, so there’s a lot of privacy in the garden and on the beach platforms. 

Each of the villas has a large Living Room with an open fire place, a dining area and open plan kitchen. There are 4 (Dunya) or 5 (Sema) double or twin bedrooms with en suite bath rooms, securing privacy for everyone.

The villas are air-conditioned throughout, have a Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen for self catering, a washing machine, dish washer, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo C player.&ampnbspGuests can make unlimited use of the wireless internet, just bring your (wifi) laptop.  

The villas are located on the Bay side of Kas Peninsula (Cukurbag Yarimada in Turkish). This side of the Kas Peninsula is sheltered: less windy and the sea is perfect for swimming, also early and late in the season. It is a very peaceful location, which is popular by people who like to enjoy their holiday without the street noises, noisy bars and mosques and still be only a 10 minute dolmus ride from the town centre.

Sea view apartments “ Kas Residence”

Sea view apartments “Kas Residence” are build up the mountain at the border of Kas. The position secures stunning views overlooking the village and the sea. Imagine seeing the sun  go down while nipping on a glass of wine on your balcony. Far enough from the noisy bars in Kas centre to secure a good night sleep, close enough to be in the middle of it when you want to. Bars, shops and restaurants are found in abundance  in Kas centre only a 15 minute stroll down the steep mountain road. Also the beach can be reached easily this way. Back up you just use the regular Dolmus (minibus) stopping only a 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The apartment for 4 persons contains two large twin bedrooms with two separate bathrooms.

The apartment for 6 persons contains two large twin bedrooms and a small bedroom with a bunk bed. One of the large bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share the other bathroom.

The apartment is air-conditioned, has a specious living and a fully equipped open plan kitchen for self catering with a washing machine, dish washer and a micro wave / oven. In each apartment is satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo CD player available to use.

Although the large pool is shared with 7 other apartments, only 2 other apartments are rented out, so the others are not intensively used. The apartment has its own sun beds.

Penthouse Super Vista

Penthouse Super Vista is located on the top floors of the Kas Residence apartment building and has superb views over the village and the sea. To secure the party's privacy and comfort the luxurious penthouse sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms.
