This executive villa, fully furnished throughout to the highest of standards, comprises four bedrooms (one master, one double, and two twin rooms), two bathrooms, two spacious reception rooms, utility room, double garage and of course swimming pool.

The property is well above average size with 1940sq ft of living space and kept in pristine condition with the help of a well established management company. The property caters very comfortably for eight people, although it can sleep upto ten people if one of the bed-settees is utilised. An abundance of electrical equipment is included such as microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board with iron.

Both of the double bedrooms have remote control televisons with cable TV and DVD players. There is another TV in the family room also with cable channels and a DVD/video player. This room also has a 300Watt stereo with 5-disc CD player, tuner and wall mounted speakers. There are two telephones that have unlimited local, long distance and international calls included free to all guests.

All linen and towels are also included. Fully air conditioned throughout, you can chill out indoors or top up your tan outdoors in the pool area, which is enclosed by a screen that excludes any insects, whilst letting all that glorious Florida sunshine through.

Westridge Manors is a very much sought after location that is maintained to exceptional standards. It is a gated community that is only accessable to guests with the current security gate code, and although the community is very quiet, it is only minutes away from the major attractions.

Local amenities include clubhouse with mini gym, large outdoor community swimming pool, volleyball court and a childrens playground. There are several golf courses within three miles and the Walt Disney World Resort is only fifteen minutes drive away. Numerous shops, supermarket, and restaurants are within five minutes drive, as well as a bank with a cash machine. There is a large shopping mall only a few miles along highway 27 heading South from Westridge.
