Our holiday home  is ideal for families and anyone wishing to avoid the expense and bustle of fashionable resorts such as Nice or Chamonix.

We are situated halfway between the Mediterranean&ampampnbspbeaches and 5-6 of Pyrenean Ski resorts. All this and a lot more can be reached within 30-50 minutes.

And Prades is an activity heaven enjoyable all year round and a great base to explore this charming region.

The house contains 6 rooms on 2 floors, 135 square meters. Its fully air conditioned and is really very comfortable - cool in summer and warm in winter. Our house is ideal for 2-10 people but can accommodate up to 13 (+1 baby) .  There is a train station in 700 m from our rental house and the airport (Riversalte) is only 45 km away.  

And the&ampampnbspview is really great - maybe the best in town!&ampampnbspYou will enjoy it 24 hours a day: watch the sunset with your drink in one hand, admire Pyrenees as long as there is day light and wonder what people do in all these houses down the hill - in the evening. Believe me, the view is really terrific- we bought the house for it! 

Our garden is fenced and safe for children. We have garden furniture for 10. And the view from the BBQ area is breathtaking!

We have 2 sitting areas, with a TV (satellite+cable) in each and also a DVD player and a stereo system for your entertainment.

There are &ampampnbsp4 bedrooms &ampampnbspto sleep from 2 to 11 people +1 baby.

We have &ampampnbsp1 queen bed bedroom + 1 bedroom with twin beds &ampampnbspon the 1 st floor

Other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor:  1 with&ampampnbspa queen size &ampampnbspbed and another with a double bed has also a sofa-bed for 1 person.

All bedrooms have wardrobes.

And we also a have a double sofabed in the groundfloor living room.

There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the groound floor. And 2 separate WCs- one on each level.

There is a separate exit from each of the floors so you can eaasily divide early birds from those who sleep until 12 o'clock.
