Our holiday home  is ideal for families and anyone wishing to avoid the expense and bustle of fashionable resorts such as Nice or Chamonix. We are situated halfway between the Mediterranean beaches and 5-6 of Pyrenean Ski resorts. All this and a lot more can be reached within 30-50 minutes.

And Prades is an activity heaven enjoyable all year round and a great base to explore this charming region.
The house contains 6 rooms on 2 floors, 135 square meters. Its fully air conditioned and is really very comfortable - cool in summer and warm in winter. Our house is ideal for 2-10 people but can accommodate up to 13 (+1 baby) .  There is a train station in 700 m from our rental house and the airport (Riversalte) is only 45 km away.   

And the view is really great - maybe the best in town! You will enjoy it 24 hours a day: watch the sunset with your drink in one hand, admire Pyrenees as long as there is day light and wonder what people do in all these houses down the hill - in the evening. Believe me, the view is really terrific- we bought the house for it!
