Location The location is quiet with superb mountain views yet is within walking distance of a sandy beach with two bars that serve food on the shore. The house is 5 minutes from the town of Estepona with its 3km long tiled promenade and thriving port area with luxury marina and excellent restaurants of every kind.
15 minutes to the famous towns and marinas of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Quiet location with superb mountain views. Walking distance to sandy beach with beach club (from June). 5 mins from the town of Estepona. There are 20 golf courses within 20 mins drive. The area is a paradise for golfers with its own Estepona Golf course, the nearby Duquesa course in addition to the dozen or so in the Marbella and Sotogrande areas (the famous international Valderrama, for example). The closest beach to the house is 800 metres, which takes roughly 15 minutes to walk to where there is a newly built beach club, Laguna Village, owned by the Kempinski Hotel Chain, with shops, restaurants and a beach club with swimming pools directly on the beach. http://www.laguna-village.com/menu.html The Estepona coastline, shallow and sandy, extends over more than 21 km. Offering a succession of beaches with different degrees of usage and popularity according to the area.
Outdoor facilities at the house The pool is communal, but the majority of the houses are lived in by owners, so the usage is not as high as in a predominantly tourist resort. Patio doors opening out onto south facing patio. Domestic All linen, except beach towels, and weekly cleaning is included in the rental price. We now have a travel cot and high chair. Any other equipment for small children, buggys etc can be hired from the management company. If you need to use the travel cot, please provide your own linen for it. The house is naturally cool, but has air conditioning up and downstairs. There are also fans provided for those especially warm days. Heating for the cooler months, plenty of blankets and even hot water bottles for the chilly evenings in winter. Pets may be accepted, please contact me with your requirements so we can discuss it.
Distances Malaga - 50 minutes drive away. Marbella/Puerto Banus - 15 minutes drive away. Recreational pursuits include sailing, fishing and every imaginable type of watersport as well as hiking and horseback riding in the beautiful and open nature surrounding Estepona. The renowned Estepona Equestrian Centre and riding school is just down the road from the house and has English instructors. 25% deposit taken at time of booking. A welcome food pack can be arranged. Useful if you're arriving at odd hours. Provided by the management company, so price includes their shopping time. Please contact me with requirements for a price. Changeover day is preferably Saturday or Sunday, especially in high season, but other days are possible, depending on time of year. We'll try to be flexible to help you if we can.
