This large attractive Villa is set in its own expansive grounds of 8 Rai, (approximatly 3.5 acres) located in a delightful residential area just 12 km south west of Pattaya, in the traditional village of bannock in the Huay Yai region, Know localy as "The Place To Live", Just 10 minutes away from all the best beaches, Golf courses,attractions, and just 70 minutes from the new Bangkok international Airport.

The Villa is approached via its own 200 meter long private driveway (0.5 rai), lined with multi colored bouganvilla and palms through the remote controlled electric gate leading to the beautiful well laid gardens, surrounding the main house with extensive parking and the garage, next to the garage is the second guest house and on the other side is the maids room and the swimming pool pump house. 

The villa its self sits in the south eastern corner of the main 7.5 rai site, and in addition there is the private swimming pool with large waterfall and swim up bar with 4 jet air massage, an out side shower, and a seperate detached changing room with hot water shower and toilet. on the opposit side of the swim up bar is the dropped patio/barbeque area for dry guests, that its self over looking the 150 sq mtr round fish pond with its own waterfall and fountain, and beyond is the main 3/4 acre deep water private fishing lake, stocked with over 20,000 assorted fish, including Jalamet (related to the amazon Pirana) Giant Mekong Catfish, Tilapia, Grass Carp, Koi Carp, and if you can catch them Snake Heads and very large Alligator Fish. There is also a floating sala with power and lights.

Tips and Tricks.

Tipping is not commonly or traditionally practiced in Thailand although it is becoming more widespread as a result of foreign influence. Tips are sometimes expected in the more expensive restaurants, hairdressers and for hotel porters. Don't add a tip where a service charge is added to the bill. You can round up taxi fares to the nearest 5 or 10 baht.

The temperature in the citys can sometimes reach 40 degrees with high humidity. If you're sightseeing, take plenty of bottled water to avoid dehydrating. Sunglasses and sunscreen should be used allways.
