Welcome 

We'd like to welcome you to our apartment in Costalita on the Costa del Sol. Costalita (coast of light) is a luxury complex located between San Pedro and Estepona, just 7 kilometres from Puerto Banus.  The complex is by the beach and within easy access of all facilities including bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets.  It's perfect for holidays with family or friends or golfing breaks.

About the apartment 

Our apartment is on the first floor accessible by either lift or stairs.  It’s spacious with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen and utility room, you can sleep up to six people in comfort. The private south facing balcony overlooks the swimming pool and tropical gardens, and as we expect you to be outside most of the time there is a table with six chairs.  Two of the chairs convert to sun loungers, perfect for that afternoon nap.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing holiday including air conditioning, linen, towels, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.  If you hire a car there is a private underground parking space with lift directly to the front door.

Down by the pool there are  sun beds, showers, toilets and changing rooms.  A two minute walk through the delightful gardens alongside a meandering stream interspersed with fountains brings you to a lovely 5 mile uncrowded sandy beach.  Here a stroll along either the beach or the paved promenade will bring you to several trendy beach bars offering food and drinks all day, sun loungers and occasional entertainment.  Alternatively for a special lunch or night out why not try the 5 star Hotel Playabella which is just next door.

Around and About  

There is a large supermarket, a bank and several restaurants 10 minutes walk away and even closer is a garage, just 5 minutes walk away that sells fresh bread, croissants, newspapers and lots of every day items. If you want to venture further afield there are many options:

Cancelada – the nearest village approx 10 minutes walk away, it’s very typically Spanish and has several pretty bars and a particularly good restaurant we’d recommend called El Carnicero

San Pedro – nearest larger town, 3 minutes by cab or car still has a Spanish feel and offers numerous bars and restaurants.

Puerto Banus – here you can mix with the Jet set in probably the world’s best known marina.  It’s about 5 minutes by car or cab.  There are designer shops, several glamorous beaches with luxury beach bars, restaurants and bars offering every type of international cuisine and loads of nightlife if you want to party the night away. 

Estepona – about 7 minutes drive away, another fairly large town with it’s own port and a wide promenade along the sea with numerous bars and restaurants

Marbella – about 10 minutes drive away, beautiful Marbella has everything, a wonderful promenade along it’s immaculate beaches, be sure to explore the honeycomb of surrounding narrow streets where homes and shops intermingle to create the atmosphere of a small village.

Golf -There are so many golf courses on the Costa del Sol you'll be spoilt for choice.  We're glad to say that Los Flamingos Golf, described as the "jewel in the crown" is just 1 mile away from Costalita.  

Getting here 

 Costalita is an easy 40 minutes drive from either Malaga or Gibraltar airports.  We would recommend you hire a car, but if you don’t fancy driving it’s perfectly possible to transfer from the airport by either public transport or cab.  We can arrange transfers from the airport or car hire for you if required.

During your stay 

Our friendly English managing agent will meet you on arrival, show you around and will be pleased to help you with anything you need during your stay.  A welcome pack of essentials to get you going can be pre-ordered as can other special requirements such as cots.
