Welcome to our website where my daughter and I will introduce you to two wonderful properties which you can rent with confidence for your holidays.

These two villas are quite different in many respects -

My daughter who is currently attending a course in the UK with her husband and three boys, has a 4 bedroom villa with a nice pool set in 1,000m2 of private land. This has been their family home for the past 15 years and therefore has the facilities you would expect from a permanent home. It is suitable for large families or even two sharing families.

My villa is much larger, being built on a plot of more than 2,000m2, however we do not rent the entire property  only the guest accommodation. During the Summer months my wife and I go sailing around the Balearic Islands and therefore the property is available exclusively for visitors from the end of June until the beginning of September. We have two double bedrooms and therefore it is only suitable for families with maximum two children.
