Villa Bahce ("Garden Villa") and Villa Selim ("Wonderful Villa") are both located in small exclusive developments on the hills near the village of Gundogan on the Bodrum Peninsula overlooking the intersection of the Aegean & Mediterranean Seas.

Villa Bahce offers superb outdoor living space.  French doors in the living room open up to a Mediterranean style courtyard garden.  Perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee relaxing in comfortable wicker furniture.  If you don't feel like sitting around the pool, two comfortable sun loungers are perfect to lay back, read a book, and laze the day away.

The large private garden is fully landscaped with rock surfaces and soothing lighting to enjoy the evenings outdoors.  Barbeque facilities are provided for those who enjoy preparing a summer cook out.  The outdoor dining table overlooking the garden comfortably seats 6 to 8 people.  For most guests, the dining terrace quickly becomes the chosen gathering spot.

The unique design of Villa Bahce's arched roof and ottoman window box styling is only the beginning. The interior was designed with careful attention to detail and luxury. This villa is more than you would expect from a rental property.  Highlights include: luxurious travertine stone in the bathrooms, custom designed furniture throughout the house, comfortable lighting, large kitchen with breakfast table, and a hand cut travertine stone wood-burning fireplace.

The Turkish clay pots and colorful plants create a perfect courtyard garden.  This villa was designed with the intent of blending indoors and outdoors for the discerning traveler who loves the comfort of a garden and the beauty of the sea.

Villa Bahce is the closest villa to the pool in this development. Villa Bahce's garden has its own private steps that lead directly to the pool. This is perfect for those who love to lounge the day away by the pool. From the villa, you can easily bring your favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy the sun with your friends and family. With the steep hills of Gundogan, this is a definite advantage.  In addition to the primary pool, there is a small children's pool and play area.

Villa Selim can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults.  This villa has four bedrooms, fire place, full bathroom upstairs, half bath downstairs, and mosquito nets on all windows.  Villa Selim offers telephone service, conveniently located in downstairs living room. You can talk to anyone on the Bodrum peninsula free of charge or receive calls for free. Villa Selim has a courtyard garden as well as terraced gardens, a wood-burning fire place, laundry room with new washing machine, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, and refrigerator. Pathways from the villas lead down to the swimming pool, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The pool is open from May 15 to October 15 in 2010.

Villa Selim offers 6 beds (two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, and one room with twin bunk beds).  This villa is tastefully furnished and comfortably equipped.   In the living room, the TV has a built-in DVD/CD player with hundreds of satellite channels from around the world. The villa has various DVDs for kids to watch cartoons and movies.  Or bring your own DVDs, and enjoy watching your movies, while watching the wind surfers, and sailing boats from the dining terrace or living room windows.

Villa Selim also provides free of charge telephone service to make local calls, or receive calls from your friends and family during your stay at Villa Selim.  If you plan on making long distance or international telephone calls, we will be happy to assist you in making the arrangements prior to your departure. The sun terrace offers two sun beds, and a wonderful view of the sea and mountain behind the villa.  The courtyard garden is the perfect place to barbeque (BBQ) or spend the morning with a cup of tea and a good book.

The outdoor dining terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.  The huge boulder located on the left side of the terrace separates the neighboring house and provides a private natural atmosphere. From the dining terrace, there is an unobstructed view of the Rabbit Island and the Aegean Sea.
