the house is situated on the ikaria village complex in chloraka sited off the main tomb of the kings rd, the house is 2 double bedrooms and sleeps upto 6 plus travel cot supplied.
full sea views as 2 upstairs balcony with 2 sets of patio doors and the bedrooms each have their own patio doors leading out onto the sun terrace/garden.
it is securely fenced with a gate so private and safe. it is
very quiet and peaceful-not overlooked.
house has everything you need,sat tv/video/dvd/cd player. 

there is air conditioning included in the prices
washing machine/clothes airer/ironing board etc,
dining table & chairs,also chairs & table on balcony for al fresco dining,looking out watching the boats go by.
the garden also has reclining sun loungers,more table & chairs.
the 4 sets of patio doors each have a wind-out awning to offer you shade if required.
there are 3 swimming pools(one is huge)and very little used so you will probably have them all to yourself!  

there are tennis courts next to the swimming pools & showers & toilets,there is a big covered garage,with a play park above with kids swings & fountains with seating.
the pools all look out to sea which is about 400m away.
the bus stop and hire car place is at the bottom of the road,
only 5 mins to coral bay famous beach or 5 mins to paphos harbour.
lots of restaurants & shops only 5 mins away from traaditional mezes to kfc & mcdonalds,the choice is endless.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in dining area off lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

cheryl says: "better than i thought,it was really lovely,you walk in there and its all bright and fresh and youre looking straight out to the sea,it had everything we needed and more,will definately recommend to everyone,the bedrooms also look out to sea and you get your own patio doors thaat lead out onto a big sun terrace,so great for sunbathing,the swimming pools are fantastic.the bus stop is only at the bottom of the road but s they drive on the left we hired a car and explored around."
