• There is a large mezzanine first floor bedroom which can sleep up to 4 people (2 in a beautiful solid maple super king size bed and 2 in twin the other side of a shoulder high partition).

• There is a walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes/luggage and an en suite bathroom with luxury Grohe shower/bath. The whole upper floor dramatically overlooks the living space.

• Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with double bed and further bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
 

• NO STAG OR HEN GROUPS. The apartment is also never to be used as a venue for parties.

• If you need parking for ONE vehicle please dont forget to selec t this from the list when you make the booking. Parking is chargeable.

• Check in is strictly from 4pm - check out by 11am. No early check in is allowed (the same applies to early luggage dro p off and use of the parking space).

• If your stay is on a UK Bank Holiday weekend there is a £150 GBP surcharge payable. Please ensure you selec t this from the list of options when you proceed with your booking.

• This apartment is ideal for business travellers or holiday makers wanting a truly unique holiday home.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
